I like this better than ascorbic acid, pero i'm trying to decrease my sodium intake. So calcium carbonate or esterC naman ang recommended ng doctor. btw, may generic na Sodium ascorbate, it's 4 pesos lang.  Hope this helps!

I'm an advocate of fern C... true as some sisses mentioned, may considerable effect siya on skin..mine was glowing and bihira ako magka-zit nice talaga to but a bit pricey..stopped taking mine lang kasi my lola provides us naman with vitamin c..sayang naman..

I only use Fern-C for personal use since my dermatologist advised to stop taking Vit. E because I'm prone to pimples.  Vit. C is still best for the skin.  Now that I'm pregnant, my ob-gyne asks me to continue taking Vit. C for my immune system. Mahirap na rin kasi pag nagkasakit, kawawa ang baby pag ininuman ng kung ano-anong gamot just to get well.  What's also good about Fern-C is that, unlike other Vit. C, kahit walang laman tyan ko, safe pa rin inumin.  "Hiyang" din yung husband ko sa Fern-C.  Mahina respiratory system nya, but when he began taking this Fern-C, di na sya agad-agad sinisipon or inuubo. 

However, don't conclude that Fern-C is a cure-all to pimple prone skin ha (sa mga nagkaka-pimples).  In my case kasi, since I'm pregnant, dumami yung pimples ko plus I can't apply any anti-acne to my face.  Sacrifice lang talaga until I give birth this December/January...

I bought a box of Fern-C from 168. I got it for only P400 and now I am so scared because it retails for P700 pala talaga, P500 as the standard seller's price. So no Fern-C should be lower than P500.


I took 3 capsules already so I can't have it back na. I will just ask if anyone of you sisters bought a cheap Fern-C din but it still gave you favorable results? Kasi if dangerous talaga, pikit-mata kong idi-discard ito. I won't risk my health. Kaya nga ako nagv-vitamins to be healthy ee.


Hay yun lang. I am so scared and sad now. Konting dagdag nalang kasi, sure na authentic na mabibili ko from Mercury. If anyone of you had the same case of buying a Fern-C for a very low price as I did, please share your experience sisters. Thank you.

ako dati noong 2008 sis nakabili ng fern c na p400 lang sa member ng fern c. mura kasi pag member ka may mga incentives at bonus sila ... freebies na box ng fern c. kaya kahit ibenta nya less than p300, tubo na nya yung p300. parang ganun. authentic naman sya. kaya lang napakatamad ko uminom ng gamot eh, kaya di ko naubos, nanay ko umubos! hehe!

sis icecream_candy  okay lang yan I regularly buy Fern C @ Php420 each.
Effective sya for me in terms of getting better sleep and healthier immune system. Si bf he noticed nabawasan and rhinits attacks nya and mas okay ang sleep nya. I've been using this for more than 6months na. okay na rin price, 100pcs one box so 4.20/each lang lumalabas

But I'll just finish this box then I'll switch to the generic Sodium Ascorbate that retails at P3.50/capsule at The Generic Pharmacy kasi atleast I'm sure that it's really safe and authentic. I'm really not after the brand naman.

^no problem sis. ako guaranteed na authentic binili ko kasi matagal na ko bumibili sa kanya. gusto ko lang talaga benefits nya kaya i'm sticking with Fern C

just joined FERN so take na din ako fern-c. asked my OB before though if pwede, she said okay naman and advised me to take 1 capsule twice a day.

my family swears by fernc. sipunin kaming lahat pero since ng fernc na kami, bihira na ang rhinitis attacks namen. if ever naman mgkasipon, 4tabs agad ng fernc inum para mawala agad sipon

This has been our vitamins for about 5 months already. Fern-C has been suggested to me by a friend, every time I take Vitamin Cs, sinisikmura ako but this is the only vitamin C na hindi sumakit tiyan ko. Kaya I continued it for me and my kids.
