^sis, 2 months pa lang ako nag-vaginal steaming. i am using an oil that you have to drop little by little inside your vagina, while lying down, feet up at 90 degrees. 30 minutes in this position, habang massage ang puson. Yung oil ang source of the herbs. kasi in tradition, boil mo ang herbs in water na gagamitin mo sa steaming. since may herbs na yung oil, water and vinegar na lang ang boil ko.

another 30min for the steaming proper. dapat walang draft at bawal ka mag-aircon afterwards. mas okay kung balot ka ng kumot hanggang leeg para you get the best of the steam.

regarding anion pantiliner and napkin, i am about to use the sante brand.

mga sis, a friend of mine suggests that we stick to the basics, like "pasador" or "those days" brand kasi yung mga lolo at parents natin yun ang gamit and no problem sila sa reproductive organs. just want to share -- something to think about.

Sorry but this didn't work for me.. Tried it for 1 yr pero walang ibang effect kundi odorless lang kapag may period. If trying to conceive, the best pa rin mag consult sa Infertility specialist. Just my two cents.

^Sis may nakikita ako nito sa Watsons kasama din ng mga regular sanitary napkin. Medyo pricey nga lang sya. I have tried this nakakawala ng dysmenorrhea. Ako kasi monthly super grabe ang dysmenorrhea minsan hindi talaga ako makapasok sa office sa sobrang sakit.

I've been using jeunesse brand for 3 months na ata and I must say ang galing nya. Nawala dysmenorhea ko. Before 2 days pa lang before my period sumasakit na puson ko. Tapos on my 1st day of period naman sobrang sakit to the point na di ako makatayo at napapadasal na ko. Iinom ako ng Pain med tapos sa sobrang tagal umepek feeling ko nawawalan na ko ng malay. Ganun kasakit. I fainted 2x before dahil sa dysmenorhea. 1st sa lrt Cubao station then sa may kanto namin habang nag aabang ng masakyan.

Im 30 yo now, nakakasad na ngayon ko lang nadiscover tong anion napkin na to. Every month ako nagsusuffer sa dysmenorhea. Ngayon, as in feeling normal lang ako. On days na wala ko mens, i don't use it.  I just put a strip in my drinking water, feeling ko may effect pa din sya.

Nung una ko gumamit ng anion, i was 10 days late on my period. Tapos yun na nga gumamit na ko ng anion at uminom na din ng anion water. Tapos yung next period ko nagulat ako bakit 10 days early at walang symptoms na magkakaroon na ko Like pain sa puson. Feeling ko hinabol lang yung 10 days late ko last period kaya naging 10 days early nung sumunod.

Sorry it's a bit long. Sobrang na amazed lang ako dito. Parang magic, no dysmenorhea na ko talaga. I've been telling my friend nga about this e. Kasing price lang din naman ng whisper yung jeunesse.

hi ladies! i read the whole thread from the start dahil na-curious ako sa anion napkin. I tried the Jeunesse brand last month kasi yun ang readily available (sa Watson's). Ok naman, it helped me lessen my dysmen.pains and controlled the smell. my only issue is that most anion napkins na nasearch ko (o lahat yata) ay ultra thin. I'm a heavy bleeder because of my adenomyosis, kaya naman during my peak days, yung isang pad eh tumatagal lang ng up to an hour bago mapuno. meron kayang hindi slim type na anion pads?

Hi! Newbie here. So I got Superbklean/Longrich anion sanitary napkin from Shopee two days ago. Pantyliners and Day pads. No issues with the day pad, in fact okay sya for me kasi before I tried one, sumusakit na puson ko. When I changed into the Day pad, nawala. Saka nawala nga yung amoy and super absorbent nya din (wore it for around 7hrs). Pero may concern ako dun sa pantyliner, mahimulmol sya. So I worry na baka magcause ng clogging yung fibers nun somewhere inside. Naexperience nyo din ba to from other anion pads (e.g. Jeunesse,
 Lovemoon etc) Thanks!

totoo pala talaga yun. akala ko nawala lang talaga yung pain and discomfort ko kasi d naman din regularly meron. pero i use jeunusse pads and liner. no smell nga. tsaka yung mens ko din, (not a heavy bleeder) minsan parang wala lang sa pad, super absorbent nya.

update lang. as ia mentioned above, regularly ko na sya ginagamit every period ko. pati liners yun din. but since dec, regular na 30 days na yung period ko. max na yung 35 days (my max  days without period is 82 days) and my period before that would jump from 28 days then 40 days, never na ganito na sunud-sunod na 30 days talaga. will have a check up din soon kasi i want to get ready to be pregnant in a few years. di ko lang alam if effect ba to ng pads or what kasi wala naman ako tinake na kahit ano na kakaiba.

i've tried Fetilaid nung april 2017. grabe ang tinaba ko from 130 lbs to 178 lbs. i didnt get prego with that. so when husband left i gymed. My own routine lang from youtube. HIIT and weight lifting. Noob parin ako sa gym, i still don't know what i was doing pero pumayat naman. no rice, pumayat ako from 178 lbs to 135 lbs. may ipapayat pa sana kaso dumating na si hubby (after 8 mos).

how can i describe my period? hmm. after ko manganak 12 years ago. mahina na sha. lasts 3 days nalang compared sa 7 days noon dalaga ako, pag naiistress ako nadedelay ng husto or minsan nagkakaroon ng bleeding twice a month. the other bleed is not a menstruation eh parang spotting pero di naman ako buntis.

when i used the anion napkin parang naregular yung menstruation ko though 3 to 4 days parin malakas naman lalo sa second day. and there is this psychological satisfaction that iam wearing one so this must be good to me.

last menstruation ko feb 5 2018, then yun nabuntis na ako ng february. when husband came home.

sorry napahaba ang kwentong anion napkin ko. i think it's not just the napkin that helped me. siguro lahat ng factors na nilagay ko dito. lalo na yung gym. the napkin helped me regulate and ovulate siguro on time.
