you can use pantyliner if that's what you opt to, however it is suggested that if you really want a cleaner down there.. liners and napkins will do.. it has been researched that our napkins cause  a lot of problems to our genital health,, that's why the product was invented..

Jeunesse gave me itchy pempem pinapalitan Ko naman regularly as in Mga 3 to 4 times sa work yung panty liner. Sayang. But this made me prove that lovemoon is really more effective. I'm not a seller ha, used this once kaya Lang nagka mens ako ng two weeks ata after my last mens kaya Medyo nag worry ako. Any sellers please pm me, nalimutan Ko na Kung kanino ako umorder noon, dito din GT.
