hi sis green-aholic. there's no side effect if you use it for 1 month.. it would be better if you use it continously so you can get the best results.. especially if its hormonal imbalances we are talking about..

4 months user and so far wala parin namang palya. I always have super stubborn and painful migraines and cramps. I experimented on this with my ex-favorite pad. then pag ito gamit, minimal pain na no migraines na rin, pagpalit ko nung isa 1 hr palang ayan na naman migraines ko, then palit ako ok na ulit. Its really weird pero true. Nagmember na lang ako para mas cheaper hati hati kami ng officemates ko.

hi sis whitestarrr! lovemoon anion is primarily for women's use...so we use it just like any other liners..  to activate it.. it must be wet, yes.. however we women have our daily discharge if we are still on the reproductive age, thus no need to wet it with water..

I have tried this before. It is quite good. I do not usually experience dysmenorrhea but there are times when my period gets pretty heavy. When I use this pad, I do not feel the heaviness of the period.

i went to megamall grocery and wala siya. although d ko pa nacheck sa watsons.
