3 STEPS TO PRACTICE THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
1. Ask
2. Believe
3. Receive

I am definitely a believer of this. :)

I agree :)

Another TIP...

ACT AS IF

“Act as if everything you desire is already here… treat yourself as if you already are what you’d like to become.”

Favorite ko to and proven ko na to. Ayun nga, after a week, hired na ako!  ;)

Just sharing...

SAY “YES MORE FREQUENTLY!”

Say yes more frequently and eliminate no almost completely. Say yes to yourself, to your family, your children, your coworkers, and your business.

SAY YES TO LIFE!!  :)

Totoo yang act as if na yan!

Saka dapat ibahin talaga ang way of thinking.

Saka totoo din yung the more you give, the more you receive. Kahit mga maliliit na bagay lang. I practice random act of kindness to random people like yung mga taxi driver, minsan pinapadaan ko sa drive thru para bilhan sila ng cheeseburger meal. Lakas maka positive vibes.

Magandang vibe yan sis! Effective 100%! But be sure to give to others too! Kahit small lang. Small things can make a big difference talaga. Minsan, sa waiter or waitress when I dine in. O kaya kapag may mga batang naghihingi and I have food inside my bag, I give it to them instead of money. :-)

Going back to topic. Dapat positive ang lagi mong iisipin and let go the negative vibes. If someone has negative vibes, like family member and etc, mas magandang kausapin mo para you make them feel better somehow.

May ina-apply ako law of attraction right now, for our wedding. :-) Sana matupad talaga next year. :-)

GOOD VIBES!

true yang "giving". kasi diba when you give those things na hindi mo na kelangan, you also add room for  all blessings to start pouring in.

about negative people, this is what i am trying to practice. actually mahirap sya pero i'm learning.

^ in relation to GIVING, allow me to share the Three Kinds of Giving by Catherine Ponder:

THE FIRST KIND OF GIVING

Giving is the first step in receiving. When you want to receive, give! However, there are three kinds of giving. All three are equally necessary to your long term growth and success.

First. Give to God, Put Him first financially. Why? As explained in Buddhism and elsewhere, this is the first quality to be developed in your character on the road to Enlightenment. Many conscientious people study self-help methods galore, yet do not receive the benefits from them that they should because they ignore this first step.

Various schemes have been suggested for getting rich quick. Most of them fail because they are based on “getting”' — not “giving.” They have no spiritual basis. The reason many people fail to receive their good in life is because they do not practice giving or returning impersonally to the universe on a systematic basis a portion of all that the universe shares with them.

When any person withholds that which belongs to the universe, his life is thrown out of balance, and he experiences lack in some form. It may be lack of supply, lack of health, lack of love, lack of spiritual understanding, or lack of direction in his life. It is only as we let go of our littleness that we can expand into the larger life.

So it is not enough to say that you believe God is the Source of your supply. You must prove that you believe God is the Source of your supply by first sharing with Him. This keeps you in touch with a universal source of abundance.

The billionaire Solomon pointed out what the wise use this ancient success method could mean to you when he advised: “Honor the Lord with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase. So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy vats shall overflow with new wine.” (Proverbs 3:9, 10)

THE SECOND KIND OF GIVING

Second. Give to yourself. Yes, open your mind to receive by giving to yourself, because all progress begins with self-improvement. It is just as possible to overgive to others as it is to undergive to yourself. Overgiving to others and undergiving to yourself unbalances the law and keeps your good from coming through. You must first give your attention to the improvement and development of yourself before you can possibly help others.

You cannot possibly give to others unless you first have something to give. You must first have strength, wisdom, and substance before you can share these qualities with others. There are those misguided people who think it is selfish to emphasize self-improvement first. But it is only after self-improvement that you are capable of helping others.

When you do just the opposite, when you overgive to others and undergive to yourself, you feel depleted and you are. This causes within you a sense of lack which is degrading and limiting. Because of this, overgiving to others is self-defeating. It accomplishes nothing constructive.

The philosophers of old advised, “To thine own self be true.” Give something to yourself right away. It might be a new book you wish to read, an item of clothing or jewelry, or something for your home or office. It might be the treat of going out to dinner, to the theater, to a party, or taking a vacation. It might be the deliberate setting aside of some daily time for prayer, meditation and inspirational study. It might be something; big or small, tangible or intangible.

THE THIRD KIND OF GIVING

Third. After giving to God and to yourself, then give something to someone else. After you give something to someone else, bless whatever it is that you give. Bless the person or persons to whom you gave it. Then release both the gift and the recipient. Any man, woman, or child can transform his life by transforming what he gives out — what he gives to God, what he gives to himself, and what he gives out to others.

When you aren’t sure what to give to others, that is the time to declare, “I GIVE UNDER DIVINE DIRECTION.” Then watch the hunches and ideas that come. You’ll be shown what to give, where, and to whom.

Many of the blessings you want most are within your reach! By your acts of giving, you open the way to attract the blessings you desire. These blessings have probably been waiting to reach you, but they were blocked by your own lack of giving. There was no free channel through which they could pass.

By giving under divine direction, you open a channel through which these blessings are freed to arrive. An early prosperity teacher of mine often said, “First give to God. Then give to mankind as God directs.” ;)

True, because that is the Universal Law. It helps us to stay balance. Yung mga advise ni Abraham Hicks is practical. Emotion based siya because its really lies on our inner truth.

So dapat busugin natin ng magaganda thoughts yung isip natin and feel it. Like example wala ka talaga pera, isipin mo when was the last time na ang dami dumating na pera or may pera ka sa wallet mo. Thats the time you can milk it. Feel the feeling na mangyayari ulit and how good it is that you are always provided.

LOA does not end with visualization or thoughts, dapat malakas din yung EMOTION. Thought + Emotion = Manifestation. This is why people lose faith in LOA, they’re doing it wrong kasi. They fail to attune their emotions with what they want in mind. May resistance kasi. Example, you want a boyfriend pero mas tutok ka dun sa feeling na wala ka pang boyfriend. The Universe understands your request as: “Give me WALANG boyfriend.” So dapat lagi kang happy and kilig as though na-meet mo na yung vini-visualize mong dream boyfriend. Paaaakkk! As challenging as it seems, we must do our best not to be attached to negative emotions, especially feelings of loss or lack. Feelingera na kung feelingera but live as though you already have what you want, and that you are glowing with satisfaction AND gratitude from having it.

Recently, a spiritual guide taught me that if there is something you really, really want, dapat kaya mo itong i-justify WHY it should be yours. Asking the Divine is no different from requesting things from your parents. Kapag nangungulit tayo for something (e.g. allowance, payagang lumabas), hindi nauubusan ng tanong parents natin: “Eh para saan ba yan? Hindi ba pwede ganito ganyan na lang,” so on and so forth... Usually marami tayong pasikot-sikot sa prayers or wishes and kaya hindi tayo pinagbigyan is because we LIED.

Same with LOA, kung hindi ka totoo sa sarili mo as to what and WHY you must have it, it will never be yours. So be true to yourself, and whatever you ask for — big or small, good or even bad — as long as you know that you deserve it, will fall into your lap ;)

Honestly right now, this is something that I keep on trying to do... why try? kasi ine-effort ko na wag maging nega, parang di pa sya 2nd nature but I want to get to that level or to that point na kayang kaya ko na i-manage yung mga not so nice feelings, emotions and energies that I feel or that are around me. :-\

^Sis may difficulty talaga pag di good thoughts ang nakasanayan. I guess it will take a while. Basta focus on things that make you feel good -- a better-paying job, harmonious relationships, or a place where you want to have a super relaxing vacation.

Also, appreciate more. Appreciate the little things. For example if you've had a good breakfast, if the weather is good, if walang traffic sa edsa or di masyadong matao sa mrt. Yung mga little good things na we tend to overlook kasi normal na, pay attention to that.

Thirdly, if you're depressed you can't immediately jump to feeling joyful just by visualizing or thinking feel-good thoughts. You can find that here - http://www.discoveringpeace.com/the-abraham-hicks-emotional-guidance-scale.html

Currently reading ask and it is given by abraham hicks. :)

We’re told the Law of Attraction is the key to getting everything we want in life, but here’s a dirty little secret only a few people know: the Law of SUBtraction

Deleting what you don’t want, enables you to attract in what you DO want.

Too often we fill our heads with positive affirmations while at the same time, secretly worrying about all the things that might go wrong in life.

Our negative thoughts and worries actually cancel out our good thoughts because negative thinking spikes adrenaline, and adrenaline gets our attention fast.

Instead of concentrating on what we do want in life, we first need to RELEASE all the thoughts of what we do NOT want. When we bury our fears and cover them  frantically with positive thinking, they fester and grow.

Do you worry your partner might cheat on you? If you bury that fear, and try to reassure yourself everything is fine, you’ll create a hot bed of paranoia that feeds into every aspect of your relationship. The brain knows you have a secret worry and your brilliant mind looks for proof that your fear might be correct in every moment. Suddenly you’re touchy, fearful, and hyper-sensitive.

If instead you sat yourself down one day and admitted: “Okay, I’m afraid my partner will cheat on me.” Your next step is to play it out in your mind to completion. Sound crazy? Well let me tell you, what’s crazier is to pretend you’re not fearful and ignore that fear.

First admit to yourself that you are fearful, then let your mind go crazy with it’s ever imaginative fearful storytelling. Really allow your imagination to run wild and let the scene play out in your mind.

Once you clear out your fear (and this may take a few rounds of practice as it arises again), fear loosens its hold on you. The best part? Eventually the fear loses it’s oomph and zing as it crosses your mind, which means… no adrenaline spike and no spinning out in that dark tunnel of despair.

More about Law of SUBtraction:

When we remove our “so called failures” from memory, our self-esteem can free itself from the negative muck and soar.

There are NO mistakes. Every past failure led you somewhere. Even miserable life occurrences, when reflected upon, took you towards something new.

Letting your mind clear out and release those so-called failures in life, frees up an incredible amount of energy and space. Space to create and attract what you really want in life, versus attracting in low vibration, low self-esteem situations that match those perceived failures from your past.

We need to realize every mistake was merely a step on the path towards what we really want in life.

When we let our fears play out to the point of laughing at them, or finding comfort in knowing we can handle them if they come to pass, we create even more space for what we do want.

When we let go of our perceived mistakes, we free our self-esteem from failure, and launch ourselves towards the success we desire.

Thinking about what you want is nice, but subtracting out what you DON’T want - to clear the slate for what you do - is extraordinary. ;)

I recently read about being grateful all the time....It's really easy to be thankful especially if things go our way. Right now practicing to be grateful even when it's difficult and painful. Trying to be grateful for lessons learned and being protected from a much worse situation, making me stronger and wiser. And probably teaching me what i want and don't want. I noticed when things get difficult, it's when you get to learn about yourself more. I'm a strong believer that if you get a "no" now, a much better "yes" is waiting down the line. Just try your best in all circumstances say thank you and grow. in challenging times i always see the quote "Trust the process" If it didn't bring you what you want, it definitely brought you what you needed. It goes that way daw :)
