Hi guys, glad to see this thread still sooo alive.

Since I posted here, a lot of good things happened: I founded a mobile marketing company and now in Manila to manage a business that I founded last year.

If you are in Makati area, you might want to meet for coffee and discuss LOA and other things.

I still think there are so many things to do and I am getting excited by the prospect of accomplishing them.

i always read this thread. inspiring ang posts. my husband used to rant about his job but i told him to be positive. every time he would find something to complain about, i would tell him to be thankful because he has a job, we don't run out of money, we get to dine out and have fun etc. i told him to focus on our goals and the positive things we want. he resigned from his call center job and started looking for a job that he would be happy to have. 2 months din of searching until he found an IT position. throughout the days that he didn't hear from employers, he would feel bad but i cheered him up and told him not to be negative. we would talk about the job he wants and our plans. i think it worked. we looked back on those times and he told me that he really felt negative kaya lang napipigil ko. now lang niya narealize na things looked up when he started thinking good thoughts. ang saya na niya now kasi nakuha niya yung inaasam niyang job. sabi ng boss niya kahit hindi as qualified ng ibang candidates ang husband ko, what struck him was how positive my husband is. kakaiba daw personality niya during the interview. ang daming answered prayers talaga. lahat ng needs namin nabibigay. lahat ng problems, may solution. hindi nauubos ang blessings. magugulat na lang kami pag alam namin na we need money for certain expenses, biglang nandun na. i planned to go on trips this year and bigla na lang may promo fares at makakakuha ako ng murang tickets. every time i would put my mind into something and search online for info, biglang iibigay ni Lord. so happy.  before i got tickets for HK, i read blogs and threads about it then in a matter of 3-4 days, ayun answered prayer. it helps to think positive, pray, have faith and work hard. of course, we need to work towards our goals. there's no use sitting on a couch and daydreaming. may kasamang action but you would be surprised how being positive works wonders. i have a vision board posted on the wall in front of my work station. nandun ang itsura ng house (including the rooms) and car that we want, pati mga bagay na hindi material nakapost dun. start pa lang ng year, my husband and i would talk about one major goal that we want to achieve by the end of the year. hopefully, makuha namin. i got promoted din pala last year during the time that my husband resigned from his job so things weren't hard for us. it pays to be thankful and positive.

now pala, i have something na i really want to happen. may time last week that i felt negative about the whole thing pero naisip ko i'll just pray for it. there's always a way and i'll get what i dream of. i'll do my best to achieve it. bakit ko iisipin na hindi mangyayari kung hindi ko pa nga sinusubukan lahat ng ways para makuha ang gusto ko? saka wala pa ngang nangyayari, may inaanticipate na ako at negative pa so enough with the negativity.

Update lang sa mga na grant sa vision boards ko. In 2008 I put together a vision board with things that I wanted. One of the photos that I put there is a tall building and I put there as a caption: I have offices at prime locations in the U.S. and along Ayala Avenue in Makati. I also put there a print out of a book called, "4-Hour Workweek" coz I said to myself that I will only work 4 hours a week. At that time, I had no idea what business I would set-up that will allow me to have offices in these locations.

How they manifested in my life:

In 2009, I moved to San Francisco and a few months later, we decided to get an office for our business. We found an office space in San Francisco that's reasonable (fits in our budget), near Union Square. The location of the office is in a high-rise building, where you have the view of the entire city. We signed the lease January 2010 and we still maintain that office up until now.

In Nov. 2010, I came back to PH to start a new business but I had to slow down a bit and eventually returned to the US in June 2011 to think if this business is right for me. In Oct 2011, I decided to bring the business to Makati and so I came back to PH again in December 2011. When I got here, I had no office space at all. Pero before that, while in the US, we scouted for office spaces around Ortigas and other parts of Makati, along LP Leviste and Salcedo. None of the offices seemed to fit the bill or parang I had apprehensions to sign the lease with them or may kulang sa office spaces. And then there's this brokerage company that keeps on popping in my contacts and emails. I had previously sent them emails before  while I was in the US but I decided to look further. I asked for referrals from friends and other companies and they ended up referring me to this same brokerage company that's in charge of leasing commercial spaces in Makati and The Fort (the same company that keeps on popping in my emails and contatcs). And so I called to ask if they have available office spaces in Makati. The VP of Marketing said yes, and it's located along Ayala Avenue. So I went to check the place and I ended up liking it  and so I signed the lease the next week. We've been renting this place for 3 months now.

I actually just realized this recently, when I checked my vision board na yung mga photos ni-transfer ko sa iPhone ko.

About sa "4 Hour Workweek" naman na book. Nilagay ko yung kasi I wanted to work 4 hours a week nga. Ang ending, yung nangyari, na meet ko yung author na si Tim Ferriss sa isang conference sa San Francisco and we talked during the networking event. I told him that I read his book and upon knowing that I am from PH, he asked me, "How do you say, 'It's nice meeting you' in Filipino?"

Yung lang. Galing no? :-)

I am so glad I found this thread being a practitioner of LOA for many years. I am sure this thread will be a great help during days when I am feeling off or feeling down. The things that you all share will inspire me to keep forging on!

kaya it reinforces my belief sa Law of Attraction...

My husband is a product of my imagination.
I was able to give birth without anesthesia or any medical intervention through Law of attraction.
I finished my chemical engineering course (without failure) and passed the board through Law of attraction.

Marami pang iba, kahit sa maliliit na bagay...

May mga goals pa ako in terms of my personal pursuits, where I am using the law of attraction.

Law of attraction + Visualization + Prayer = Panalo!

^ I like how you simplified it sis. I read everything from page 1 and got inspired by all your stories. Personally, sometimes I tend to be pessismistic. Slowly through my bf, I instilled in my every day life the power of positive thinking. Like you, he has a very positive outlook on life. And he always tells me this "fake it till you make it." sis, can i take your offer for coffee and boost on the LOA?? hahaha.. i have the need for it..minsan kasi nag falter ako and i get pessimistic over things that bother me =(..

Ako mga sis high school pa lang ako i always say samga classmates ko na gusto kp pag 24 nako mag aasawa nako and magaanak nako mgapag 25 nako tas gusto ko maging housewife ako pero gusto ko may house helper ako tas pashopping shopping lang kame ng anak ko papasyal pasyal lang..basta palege ko sinasabi to kahit nung nagwowork pa ko sa hospital basya di sadya pag nagkakakwentuhan about plans sa buhay..looking back lahat ng sinabi natupad nagasawa ako by the age of 24 ngkababy kame 25 ako now may pharmacy business kame ni hubby and magaan yung life namin compared sa iba..you really attract what comes out of your mouth might as well be positive all the time

i can't help but share my story. i've been reading this thread for a while.

yesterday, when i woke up i said: this is going to be great day, then napa-smile ako

i was off from work to take care of my daughter. we woke up early to go to makati med - follicle monitoring.. i have pcos and have been trying to get pregnant. the first 2 cycles were unsuccessful so very excited ako to find out if may effect yung meds na tinake ko. e dahil nga great day, found out na umepekto naman yung gamot may 2 follicles na ready

at may isa pa akong wish - ang makuha na [textspeak!] visa ko for my business trip to spain with personal side trip to paris. it's been almost a month na since I applied. yung mga kasama ko nakuha na yung visa nila, sakin na lang wala. nag apply kasi ako before sa german embassy but i had to pull out my application dahil di ko din makukuha on time yung visa ko. sabi nung taga-spain embassy minsan daw tumatagal talaga pag may ganung case na may kelangan pang iconfirm from other embassies. last wed, i tried to send an email to the german embassy to ask for assistance para marelease na visa ko, then around midnight i received an email na nagconfirm na yung german embassy dun sa spain embassy for my visa - humabol pa ang isa pang great news.

First time I read about this was in Rhonda Byrne's "The Secret", and then i noticed the same thoughts being tackled in other inspirational and business books. It made me look back and evaluate some past situations.. hmmm.. parang tutoo nga.. either coincidence or that's the thing. 

One thing is for sure though, life seems and becomes better when one maintains a positive outlook no matter what happens. 

i agree with you *nightdreamer*, it's not only what we think but how we feel..some pointers kasi indicated sa book parang overrated but i like it though..

basta optimistic lang ang isang tao walang hindi mahirap gawin..and of course hardwork are one of the keys to achieve your goals in mind..^^

I've been dreaming to go to Paris. Sabi ko kay hubby we'll save up for it for our 10th anniv. I even bought a book last January and changed my laptop wallpaper to the Eiffel Tower. Then, out of the blue, my colleague told me that we can go to Barcelona to attend a conference then go to Paris as side trip. Now, I'm here - enjoying the City of Lights!

- expansion ng business ko

- all expense paid trip to aklan with my daughter plus overnight stay in boracay
- 32 inch lcd tv
- see ian somerhalder in person... Super malapitan pa!
