Nung college rejected lahat ng thesis on Solar Panel because the ROR will take 30 years ata. Mainly because it is a relatively new technology kaya mahal. I remember my instructor taunting a thesis pa because to provide night lighting to a small green house, the proposal is to cover a very wide area.

^thanks for the link sis. been trying to convince hubby tungkol dito but he says it's too expensive daw. now na meron pala affordable, will convince him again. sayang kasi. pag super init pa naman ng panahon, talagang tumataas bill namin dahil sa aircon. nakokonsyensya ako.

^ pang 40 watts lang yung home kit nila. I dont even know kung kaya nun electric fan man lang. Hopefully they have one with higher wattage.

Meron pang ibang sites akong nakita pero no info. Kelangan mag inquire sa kanila. Baka super mahal.

lights lang kaya iprovide ng isang 40W na solar panel. The electric fan usually is from 60W - 75W. Mas mataas pa if industrial fan yan. My LCD TV uses 65W at yung LED TV naman is 70W. kaya sa ibang bansa, to maximize the use of solar panel, malalking panels ginagamit nila or mas marami silang ini-install

may napanood ako dati sa tv i dunno kung anong show exactly i think sa I-witness yung na feature nila yung sa mga liblib na lugar na dipa naaabutan ng kuryente may isang company ng solar panel ang nagdonate sa 200 na bahay para magkaroon ng free solar panel tapos benebenta din daw nila eto i think nasa 10k yun or less than sayang diko nakuha yung name at contact number. ok sya di naman ganun kalaki pero pwede mng gamiting ilaw sa gabi at mag charge ng phone. kahit yun man lang ang matipid sa kuryente gamitin ang solar.

do you want solar energy to power most of your electric equipments? or just a few lights and some applicances? if it is the first, this will require huge amount of money and the ror will take more than 20 years. if you have lots of cash to spare and is a serious advocate of green living, then this perhaps is for you. now, if it is the second, this will still require a significant cash out. amount depends on how many wattage you want. and there is maintenance as well that you have to think about (power storage, etc).

now, if cash is limited, and you really want to lower your electricity consumption, try to consider replacing appliances na lang with energy efficienct ones, like those with inverter technology, or those with high eer rating.

pangarap kong magkaron ng solar powered home. may napanood ako dati sa isang show (i forgot kung sa lifestyle ba or discovery or basta one of those) they featured mga homes in the US na powered by solar energy. though kadalasan ma 25-50% lang ng househild nila yung solar powered. which is not at all bad! from what i saw, madugong process talaga siya. most of the houses have this converter thing sa garage or basement. tapos they have the option to switch back and forth to solar power and electricity.

i don't know kung possible yung ganun ka extensive na solar usage dito. if so, malaking cost nga siya. pero gusto ko talaga maginvest sa ganito kung magpapatayo ako ng house. matagal pa naman yun so sana by that time, mas developed na yung technology.

yung solar light bulbs, may ganun kami sa house namin sa province. i don't know kung anong brand or type. basta yung outdoor lights ganun. buong gabi naka-on siya. tapos pag morning nagchcharge.

^^may ganun na ba ang firefly? From the last time i checked firefly brand, ang meron sila is may sensor na kapag madilim automatic nang sisindi yung ilaw if maliwanag pa, hindi pa sisindi yung ilaw. this is provided na naka on ang switch ng light

This is a nice idea dapat maraming magbenta nito like sa mga phone di ba ang daming offer sa sa solar panels meron din, kung magiging mura sya tiyak maraming lilipat sa solar panel sana kahit meron tig 10k lang. na kaya na buong household.

Ako naman i found this site pero di ko pa na-try kasi im away from home right now. Dunno anong total watts ng appliances ko. But once im able to, try ko sila. Im curious with what they have to offer. Sabi kasi 6k for homes, all in na.
