Davao - Pearl Farm

Hello, I'm not sure kung meron na nito but I couldn't find it..

We're going back to the Phils in Nov and hubby and I are planning a trip, we're choosing between Davao Pearl Farm and Boracay.  We've been to Bora before so we know what to expect but we've never been to Pearl Farm.

would appreciate feedback from those who have been to both places.  thanks

I was at Pearl Farm last Holy Week. We stayed there overnight lang, and paid almost PHP 5K per head for the Samal House. Para sa amin, sulit naman -- great customer service, sarap ng food & madami (buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and overall a fantastic place for a tranquil get-away.

^ako din sis, sobrang nag-enjoy sa pearl farm kahit daytour lang kami last year. masarap yong lunch buffet & maganda yong place. di kumpleto davao mo pag walang pearl farm

Hi, rocky. Magkano pag day tour lang? We might do a day tour lang next time we go on a quick trip to Davao with friends.

super sulit sa pearl farm! we stayed at their samal house din.. very relaxing ang place.. and ok din yung kabilang island nila.. food superb! maalaga sila sa guests.. nung kami andon, we were given a complimentary dish kase matagal pala maluto yung pinili naming food.. we also enjoyed their game room. sarap bumalik don!

^alam ko 1,500 sis daytour. kami kasi 1,350 lang kasi araw ng davao non.

nung pumunta kami doon pinagstay pa kami sa game room para dun magpahinga. ayun nakaidlip ako dun sa isang sofa nila.

thanks sa feedback mga sis! one more question, in terms of activities, hindi ka ba mauubusan ng gagawin dun...

nung nagpunta kasi kami ng palawan unluckily may bagyo kaya there were times na inip na inip kami sa resort kasi ang daming guests dahil summer tapos hindi makaalis lahat sa island dahil nga may bagyo kaya [textspeak!] mga activities lahat may gumagamit.

Nakakataba dito sa Pearl Farm hahaha!  Super sarap ng food sa Maranao resto.

Suggestion ko, mag-overnight kayo.  Pag day tour kasi bitin at limited ang CR for day tour.  Tig-isa lang ang liguan ng lalake at ng babae (not sure if til now) para sa mga nagde-day tour.

As of January, wala pa ring 2k ang day tour nila.

agree! nakakabitin ang day tour.. kami nga na nagstay talaga don, di namin matanggap na uuwi na kami LOL

di naman mauubusan ng activities.. kami non, pabalik balik sa kabilang island nila (nakalimutan ko yung name), tas ligo sa beach or sa pool, punta gameroom, bar sa gabi, spa! sulit talaga!

Mostly kasi for relaxing ang Pearl Farm. Walang night life. May bar na puwede kayong uminom, kaso hanggang 12 midnight lang yata.

Meron silang Aquasports (jetski, kayak, wake boarding, etc.). Wala kasing rates sa website mismo ng Pearl Farm. But I found this site that lists the rates. Updated pa naman yata. Check mo 'yung part ng Aquasports.

That's Malipano Island yata. Yes, pabalik-balik din kami dun, mas konti kasing ang tao dun at the time na nagpunta kami. Wala namang bayad sa speed boat kahit makailang balik ka pa.

^^oo, malipano island nga yon sis. don makikita yong villa nila margie moran & dawn zulueta. swerte namin kasi mabait yong tour guide don, sinamahan kaming pumasok sa villa ni dawn zulueta & villa ng anak ng owner ng pearl farm.

perfect if you want a relaxing, away from city atmosphere..
napaka romantic pa ng place..
perfect din for couples..

true ang sarap ng food.. fresh lahat..
ang pinakalove ko rin is yun fresh pineapple juice nila..

will be back here sa nov... anniversary naman namin...

hindi na kami nakihalo sa mga gagamit ng CR kasi nagtransfer naman kami sa paradise island resort.

superb din ang customer service nila. pag uuwi ka na talagang lahat ng crew magwawave sayo

For our 10th year anniversary, hubby and I stayed here for a week. During our stay we had the place all to ourselves kaya tahimik and very relaxing. The food was okay but nothing spectacular. The staff were all courteous and helpful.

ah yun nga sis, malipan island! hehe. korek, since libre ang sakay sa speedboat, pabalik balik talaga.. saka yun nga, mas hindi crowded don kaya mas ok.. gusto ko na bumalik!

mga sis, may promo ang pearl farm till september ata yun. Overnight accomdoation with free breakfast, P1,900 lang.
