sinigang na baboy nung immersion no choice kasi wala sa mga kasama ko marunong magluto, so i called my mom and nagpaturo ako through phone. hahahaha success at naulit pa ng naulit

The first proper dish I cooked was steamed tilapia, then I brushed it with melted butter, and topped with garlic bits, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes and asparagus. In fairness, nasarapan naman husband ko. :-D

pork giniling. feeling experimental pa ako nun maski first time ko shang lutuin. lagyan ko talaga ng catsup imbes na tomato sauce. well, nagmukha shang meatballs na medyo sabog kasi nagdikit-dikit ang meat na di naman buo ang pag-hold nya together. forgot to put potatoes pa and carrots. ginisa lang sha sa garlic, onion and tomatoes kaya ayun, sa doggie hehe! buti nalang di sha marami. but in all fairness, i can cook up a feast na. cooking mishaps are okay because you learn from them. may story ka pa to tell for a good laugh when you gather around with friends...

Adobo when I was in elementary. I was aiming for chicken bbq pero adobo ang kinalabasan. Proud naman ang nanay ko! Lol.

I made a steak for my ex before, i believe it was for valentines day. Hay nako sa sobrang late niya tumigas na yung steak! Yung pala nakipagkonchaba pa ng manghaharana sakin. Eh siya rin naman nahirapan kumain. hehe.

Di talaga ako marunong magluto, but nung nag asawa ako, I started to cook on my own since we have our own place na. I made beef with brocolli, sempre ginaya ko recipe sa internet hehe. Now medyo natutunan ko na yung ibang recipes, ang lage ko lang palpak is yung adobo ko. Di ko macopy yung sa Mama ko.

Adobo when i was in high school i think. I don't know if it tasted delicious or maybe I just have not yet developed good taste in food then. My adobo is better now. My specialty is spaghetti and kare-kare.

Gusto ko talaga makuha yung adobo ng Mama ko, tama lang timpla. Pero in time, makukuha ko din siguro.  Madalas kasi Korean foods niluluto ko kasi pili lang na pinoy food ang kinakain nya.
