What's a good home-based business for a stay-at-home mom?

I'm thinking of having business too.sa bahay lang ako and undergrad ang hirap maghanap ng work. naguguluhan pa ako kung ano busines.any suggestions pa?

I'm considering setting up a foodcart in front of our house but I have no idea how to go about it. Please give me some ideas.

If you have something special, even if just a couple of food products, that is better than a food cart.   The margins are better.

However, if you are set on a food cart... in front of your house.. be careful.  Mind your security well...  Atchaka, hwag ka magpapautang sa mga kapitbahay.  Mahirap mangoleckta, ikaw pa contravida later on.

if you have a two year old kid i don't recommend a foodcart biz if you're not going to hire someone to man it, unless you hire a nanny for your kid... sa food biz kase masyado matrabaho, linis ka ng linis kase food ang binebenta mo... hugas, punas, from opening to closing... closed ka na nagliligpit ka pa ng gamit... ok lang kung mga snacks na readily packed, yung tipong abot ka na lang ng abot na di na kailangan ng preparation talaga... mas ok magbenta ka na lang ng mga dry goods- beauty products, cosmetics, clothes, etc...

i have work, pero nagawa kong maglagay ng lamesa sa garahe ng bahay namin para magtinda ng baby & kids clothes

since malapit lang kami sa day care center maraming tao na nadaan para bumili

nanny ng mga anak ko ang nagbabantay while looking out for the kids also

so far ok naman at maraming re-sellers ang nabili kasi mura at maganda ang aming tinda

so kung stay at home-mom ka mas madali kang makabenta lalo na kung lahat ng kaibigan mo may anak na rin

post lang sa facebook or email sa kanila, ok na ang kita

Hi mga sis, i also left the corporate world para magibg SAHM. 6 months na c baby ko and i feel useless na minsan. nasanay kasi ako na nageearn ng money at nabibili lhat ng luho ko i want to work na [textspeak!]. Hindi man mabalik [textspeak!] dating pay, pero i want to work para naman magamit parin ang brain hehe. Nag plan nako to sell online kaso nawalan ako ng gana kasi ang daming online sellers na ng baby stuff, baka hndi mapansin site ko. Now naman i'm planning to try odesk. Ok kaya dun mga sis? Yup there are a lot of opportunities online! I personally think that it is limitless only bounded by our imagination.

I started an online furniture business and have been my full-time work since 2009, when we came back home from Vancouver. I prefer working with my own time and pace rather than work from some company or someone.

I think baking goodies is also a good way to earn income while staying at home. BUT---the goodies have to be delicious or unique so people would want to come back for more!

AFAIK, readbud is a scam

oDesk is reputable.  Rarely did I saw someone who encountered being scammed there.  But it will also eat up your time.

I have a friend who's making a living by applying different jobs on oDesk.  Mostly, she applies for PA or clerical type of jobs.  There's an interview with the prospective employer and the job pays well.

Nauubos nga ang oras nya dito ehh.  Some of the jobs are also set at night time kasi US based ang mga clients nya.

benta ka ng laundry soaps or foods.. reseller kami ng mom ko ng laundry soaps basta good quality hindi ka mawawalang ng customer.. sa food ok din naman.. hindi ka malulugi dun kasi pwede mo din gamitin..
