Hey guys! I'm also interested in joining the company. I have a number of friends who just got accepted as Flight Attendants. They'll be starting their training this week.

My sister is currently in the process of applying as an FA sa PAL. She already gone thru the first interview then nag medical na sya. During the first interview, napansin yung pimples nya sa forehead. She was advised na alisin daw yun pero pinag medical na sya. She's okay naman sa medical. As for the pimple, nagpa-OBAGI ang sister ko. After a week, she called PAL again and she told them na ready na sya. She was then scheduled for another interview and it happened kanina lang.
She texted me na for another interview ulit sya and this time sa president na. This is sa PAL mismo sa may Macapagal ha! Medyo maarte sila. My sister bought a suit just for this interview. Sabi kasi sa kanya, she was too plain on the first interview and yung make-up daw nya hindi ganun ka fab.
My sister is 5'5" pero sa PAL she's 5'4" lang. The benefits was also disclosed na sa kanya like how much ang salary nila and all. May training daw sila pero it's somewhere in Manila. I forgot kung saan. I hope my sister gets this job. Fresh out of college sya and she really wants to be an FA.

hi! tapos na [textspeak!] interview nila kay Ang last week. Tiningnan lang daw sila talaga ni Ang. Tapos ngayon sabi sa kanya nung HR ng PAL, ang status nya daw ay RESERVE.
Does anyone here know kung ano yun?

Hi! i have read your post about your PAL training so i assume you are now working as a flight attendant for PAL. i just wanna ask how was your executive panel interview? what were the questions that the interviewers asked you? and please i hope you can also give some tips. im really looking forward to receiving a reply from you. thanks in advance 

Hi I would like to ask, coz i just finished the exam for PAL FA, what's the next step? Do we have to undergo  the executive panel interview after we passed the exam? or after the exam proceed na sa traiining? Thanks girls.

I am done with the RSA viewing and I was under RESERVE status too. The HR said to wait for further instructions from the President.
I really hope I get in.

I just want to ask if gaano po katagal [textspeak!] time ng pag iintay para sa impact interview? nag walk in po ako last wk. SSA position po. Thanks

Parang matagal sila magprocess ng application pero ang alam ko mass hiring sila ng FA since nadadagdagan ng new destinations ang PAL  kung di naman pasado as FA, pwede parin ata magcontinue ng application as SSA

i think yung training dun sa PAL office sa me padre faura..

when i had my ojt way back sa hr dami resume per day as in 2 sacks (size of a large garbage bag). tapos me category.. kapag pilots, FA and office positions.. open envelopes, then categorize by positions.. at iba pag me  'love notes' (meaning me backer)..log the names and position applied and file in the cabinet.... mas madami ako finafile na office position sa mga cabinets.. FA and pilots screen naman nila agad and yung least ok ang as usual file in the cabinet for future reference..

hello ladies. quick Q. for SSA, is it a requirement that an applicant has to have a fair, blemish free skin? is height also important for this position? does having a bubbly personality enough to get you through?

The rsa  viewing for the 1st batch of pal amb and fa is done already last july 17 wed.. You have to wait for the second batch, they told me if they able to gather enough # of applicants, possible to have an rsa viewing this july maybe at the end of the week or if not it will be on august.. You just have to wait for their call because the big boss is a very busy person.. and im also waiting

Blemish free skin? Kung kaya naman maconceal ng makeup, ok na din.
Height? Di naman.
Ok talaga yung bubbly personality sa impact interview. If you pass, may exam pa then panel interview.

Matagal .. sa experience namen ng friend ko, Feb kami nagsubmit tas May kami natawagan. Ewan ko lang sa iba. Sabi nga ng isang sis natin dito madami dumadating na resume sa kanila everyday.

hi everyone, questions lang..im scheduled sa panel interview na as SSA position, yun na lang kasi ang last interview after nun medical na..my question is may bumabagsak pa po ba sa medical?kasi im so curious about my weight alam ko kasi at halata naman na overweight ako,,sabi kasi ng friend ko mahigpit daw sa pal eh lalo na sa mga overweight bawal daw yun.tanong ko lang may bumabagsak pa ba dun nag aalangan kasi talaga ako,,saka yung ngipin daw kahit sa ground lang mahigpit din daw pati yung mga impacted wisdom tooth dapat daw walang abnormal na ngipin,,dun kasi ako nag aalangan sa weight and yun sa ngipin,yung sa ngipin ko kasi maayos sya kaya lang minsan sumasakit yung ngipin ko dahil dun sa wisdom tooth ko. help naman po,baka kasi masayang lang ang lahat ng hinintay ko dito..thanks!!

Hi. Don't worry. Madalas daw wala o isa lang ang hindi natatanggap pag panel interview na just smile and be confident. Sa medical naman, pag impacted ang wisdom tooth mo or kung may prob talaga, ipapabunot sayo yun. Pero di naman agad agad
