hi sis, i can attest to that.. grabeng toxic ang training.. i reach the point of quitting and thinking na 'ito ba talaga ang gusto ko sa buhay?' that drama.. everyday exams.. it was really hard but if its really what you want and passion mo talaga, kakayanin mo siya.. sabi ko nga e, nung college and high school ako never ako mag aral ng tulad ng aral na ginawa ko dito sa training. LOL.. ibang klase talaga sa mga nag apply and nakapasok na, goodluck sa inyo, ang see you soon sa PAL

I want to apply din for FA sa PAL but what they need is for you to have a CLEAR COMPLEXION. Are they really that strict, what about if some of your breakouts are concealable naman?

if not, who's familiar with the Cashier post? is it just like the ticketing agent or what?

hi sis, sorry natagalan ang reply, base on what my friends said they were ask to stand and walk lang.. sabi nila upon regularization pa may mga tanong tanong, that i am not so sure of.. as to my case i was lucky enough to not have an executive panel interview anymore cause i already underwent 2 interview for the language proficiency.. hehe.

i'm a nurse. gusto ko sana mag apply as FA, kaya lang baka magsisi lang ako pag nawala na ko sa pinagtatrabahuhan kong ospital dahil dyan hehe...

karamihan ata ng pilots ng PAL from phil airforce according to my sis, who is an FA sa PAL ngaun...

I'm not sure if it's the majority but, yes, a lot of the pilots come from the PAF, too, like my hubby.

Hey girls!

I'm thinking of applying rin sa PAL as FA. Pero tamang tama lang height ko, sakto lang sa requirement sa website. Are they super strict ba sa requirements. How about other airlines? Yung swimming test, marunong ako magswim, pero kinakabahan ako pag malalim. haha. how is it ? and ano pala  range ng salary?

Does anyone know how much is the salary of an airline ticketing agent? I'm not talking about agents under a call center but the ones working directly under a certain airline like Thai airways, philippine airlines, etc.? thank you!

minimum lang yun for starters. I swear kawawa nga sila kasi super hirap din ng work nila.

I used to be an ex crew from a middle east airline. I miss flying. I sent Pal my resume and goodness they replied like 1 year after I passed the resume. Too late married na ako so I am not qualified to ba cabin crew for Pal anymore. Oh well.

oo sis. mahirap magapply ngayon dito sa pal, my bf works for pal FA nga lang, walang swimming test nung time nya, hehe

hinde naman kailangan marunung luimangoy kasi ticketing ka, may training kang papasukan once hired ka na, sa training if im not mistaken may personality training, at yun nga sa ticketing. iba ata ang ticketing sa ground staff eh, pero same ang salary ay minimun din ata but you get perks kagaya ng 2days off at sa first year domestic ang free plane ticket, sa 2nd year regional ( include australia ) at sa 3rd year international na, yun mga perks, plus meron mga medical benefits sa iyo at sa family

May I correct some info. QR ground handling (airport opns mostly) is under an agency, DNATA, (except for the supervisors, who are also QR direct), but for passenger ticketing and reservations, we're direct employees.

Balita ko nga nag hirap daw makapasok..kung ang hirap pala ng training bakit yung mga FA ng PAL parang hindi pa rin well-trained. I fly a lot for business trips ayoko ng PAL because of the FAs masyadong mapagmataas and bastos.

I can't help but compare kasi i usually fly with japan airlines or ANA gusto ko sana makapasok dun pero sobrang hirap makapasa pero you can see na well-trained sila. the best service talaga.

cool clique, yes for cabin crew of PAL you must apply single pero when you're a crew na pwede naman magpakasal. Unlike sa qatar airways 3 or 5 years ata hindi pwede magpakasal yung cabin crew nila.

glamorous_aisha, hahahahaha i semi agree. Some but not all crew of Pal are not so dedicated. Meron din naman kahit saan airline pero hindi masyadong halata compared to PAL. Last time I flew with PAL (11 hours going to LAX), naiyak nalang ako sa stress and I couldn't believe our flag carrier sucked so bad. Imagine nakita ko yung isang crew ng tetext sa galley while I kept on pushing the call button to get their attention kasi I needed medicine. It was by far my worse flight ever. Ang bait kasi ng pinoy eh, pag sa middle east yun binulyawan na sila ng Indians or Arabs.
