Pocket Money

I will be in the Philippines this summer (May-July). I will stay there most of the time (though I will be in Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo too). I pretty much know how much I need for my Tokyo and Seoul Trip. I don't have to worry about my Hong Kong trip since everything will be paid by my brother Now, I need to know how much pocket money do I need to bring for this vacation? My parents won't give me an estimate. I won't do any shopping in the Philippines. Just basically spend time with my family and friends.

depends on how long you will be staying and where you are heading (Bora, Palawan or Cebu), probably you can survive with $1000 if you are not extravagant

I will be staying in Ortigas and yes I'll be going to Boracay and Palawan but that is all free too.
