^ dunno papano ang teaching nila. pero theyve been around for a long time na talaga. ang ayaw ko lang talaga dun eh nasa highway, nakaka praning hehe i live around the area ng little lambs

I think andun pa yung bench outside tho di ko pansin hehe pero the nannies/mommies/daddies arent allowed inside.
Theyre building additional rooms ata and renovating the play area.. My daughter's first day sa summer school nila was this morning. Mega iyak sya pero later on, I think she enjoyed. I hope we made the right decision and sana makacatchup sya sa fluency in English since at home, its not our comm language. STill trying to incorporate that sa bahay.. hay..

@MrsLuluyz TF is at 49k + books + uniform + 5500 reg fee and 7750 misc fee.
Tapos they will give you a list of art materials for you to buy. Kinda artsy yung teachers dun.. so far so good. They incorporate Class Dojo and Sing Spell Read and Write sa curriculum nila plus Work Sampling system.
Happy naman ako so far. everyday me update yung Class Dojo since its an app. I can view my childs progress everyday..

^my elder brother was planning to enroll her daughter on the said school. They have a reasonable price. Lots of activities, so far okay naman yung turo nila.

i was in SPCP kanina, i joined my sister kasi me show ang hi-5 PH dun (she's hi-5 cast member) so parang homecoming namin dalawa, since its been years since i last visited, sya yata first time niya eh. sa preschool sila nag show kanina, hay wishing na sana me boys na lang kahit sa preschool lang, hindi ako magdadalawang isip na dun ipasok yung boy ko my brother's first school was spcp me boys pa nun 14 years ago, he's now 18. pero kinder niya sa LSGH na. hehe!

Sa Sacred Heart Academy Pasig nag aaral anak ko, Ang di ko gusto don dun pala sila sa holding area muna,PM Section kasi daughter ko. Ang init doon tapos ang gulo pa kapag nag aabot yung AM /PM section. Ang tagal nila doon,pawis na yung bata,hihintayin makumpleto saka ipapasok sa classroom na de aircon, kaya yung bata laging inuubo.2 naman ang teacher per section sana yung isa ang magbantay sa classroom habang hinihintay makumpleto yung mga bata,tapos yung isang teacher ang taga sundo don sa dumadating sa holding area. Di pa maganda payment scheme ng tuition. Nag d.p kami ng 20k nung May,tapos June nagbayad ulit,aunod-sunod na ulit Aug/oct/dec. Yung tuition nila ang mahal,pero ang pinagtataka ko yung Various Fees na kung ano ano lang eh inabot ng 17k. Kaya gaya ko,madaming mommies ang nagbabalak na ilipat mga anak nila once gradeschooler na anak nila. Walang cctv sa classroom or kahit sa hallway,ang konti ng cctv dito.. At yung sa nangyayari sa classroom dapat yan nirereport every 2 weeks,kelangan pa maghintay ng October bago ka makapagtanong ng kung ano ano sa teacher.

Hi mommies! How much na ba ang tf ng St. Paul ngayon? Gusto talaga namin ilipat dau ko dito sa SPCP,  once gradeschooler na siya gusto ko talaga don na siya. Sa ngayon kasi 4 yrs. Old pa lang ang hirap wala naman kaming yaya, 1 lang sasakyan,mahirap byahe. Atleast pag Grade 1 pwede na mag isa sa service..

medyo napapaisip na uli ako ngayon, 2.7yrs old na son ko, although wala pa ako plan pag school sya next year, gusto ko pa rin sa summer mag class sya. cross out na si parkwood sakin kasi hirap byahe, gusto ko na lang sana sa divine angels sa cainta kaso byahe uli ang kalaban. wawa naman baby ko nun, wala pa namang straight na commute going there. other side ng street namin meron Happy Kids, integrated school daw. me 2 akong kilala na dun nag aaral yung anak. me feedback ba kayo dun? sa countryside yun, tatawid lang kami sa court andun na kami. hehe.

Thanks sis mama7 for the feedback sa sacred heart academy. Gusto ko pa naman sana ilipat ang anak ko dun next year kasi grade 1 na sya. Sa ngayon hanap muna ulit.

yes. sis icee_star. may isang teacher sila dyan na naencounter ko. siya teacher ng anak ko. hindi siya magaling magturo. paspasan ang pagtuturo kaya ngayon hirap kami sa new school. kasi can't read and write properly pa rin anak ko. puro pagpapaganda lang siya at pambobola. tapos alis ng alis punta ng punta sa ibang bansa. while her students suffer. i think wala na siya sa school. umalis na. finallly she's out from that school. siya nakakasira ng reputation ng mga teachers. siya ang irresponsible sa students at sa work niya.

First time to register here. All your insights are very helpful.

I have a 2nd grader sa St. Paul and an incoming Nursery. We're looking for another school kasi too expensive na if 2 na sila.

Maganda ang curriculum sa SPCP, and my kid does very well in school. OA lang sa assignments and requests for donations hahaha lahat na lang hinihingi nila Sisters.

We live across Tiendesitas and I'm looking for schools na malapit, not as expensive pero same quality naman ng SPCP.

I've heard about SHAP though I'm concerned na hindi sila Paascu Accredited.

Maraming schools in Kapitolyo but most of them are progressive schools na until Grade School lang. Gusto ko ng pang long-term.

MotherGoose is even more expensive. Creative Learning is just the same as SPCP. The rest are like play schools na not worthy of the pricey fees.

I know there's La Consolacion pero I haven't read any reviews about it.

Saan pa ba?

@madrebonita20 if you're across Tiendesitas, you might like to check Inocencio school along Bernal street, (from Sixto ave turn right)  It's a far cry from SPCP though.  This is where I send my daughter.  She's in Kinder 2.  They have an English Only Policy.  They encourage extracurricular activities kasi it comprises 30% of their grading system.  70% ang academics.  I visited the school today kasi they have a parent school meeting for the "moving up" ceremony.  (wala na daw graduation according to DepEd dahil sa K12)  I saw the signs that they are bully-free.  (But of course, I'm skeptic when schools claim that they are bully-free.  There is no such thing.)

In my case, my parents are asking me to send my daughter to SPCP from where I graduated kasi it's near their place.  Taya daw sila sa tuition.  Kaya lang, my husband and I live here in Rosario and we want to live nearby her school.  As in walking distance lang kasi.  And you're right, the sisters are asking for a lot of donation.  Ever since the 90's.   But academics-wise, they're really good.  I heard it from a co-worker who transferred her daughter from SPCP to Poveda naman.  Sa Poveda, spoon fed ang sample activity sheets to prepare them for the exam.  While when her kid was in SPCP, she brings her laptop to work so that she can prepare sample quizzes for her daughter.
