Gcash VS Smart Money as mode of payment

hay naku, just discovered na sakit pala ng smart money ang ma-"debit without dispense" sa mga BDO atm..grabe, na-debit yung lamn ng smart money ko pero wala ako nakuha sa atm machine! sabi offline daw kaya cannot be processed pero na-debit! kaasar sa tuesday ko pa malalaman if maibabalik yung na-debit sa akin. hindi ko tuloy alam if smart money or BDO ang problema sa kanila

update pala for my smart money na debit without dispense, as promised ng smart sa akin, they returned yung amount na na-debit sa akin

I prefer GCASH, because most of clients use globe. Cashing out, argh, torture ang globe dito samin dahil ginagawa pa yung stall nila sa cyberzone ng SM Fairview, ang pila ng cash out at cash in, grabe IISA. kaya hindi ako makapag-withdraw ng gcash ko nagpile up na yung amount dahil pipila ako ng mahigit 1 hour. hehe


Kaya sana dumating na yung gcash card ko. excited na ako hehe!

hindi ko pa ako nakakapag-try ng smart money (may gumagamit ba dito non?). Ok para sa akin ang G-cash since very accessible magpacash-in/out sa mga malls so madali din i-instruct yung mga clients how it works.

mailan ilan lang din clients, puwede kasi yan tru smart padala, yung card no. lang naman ang ibibigay mo sa kanila lalo sa provincial areas na malakas ang smart sa area nila kesa globe

after receiving, withdraw na lang sa bdo machine, P3 lang yung fee, regardless gaano kalaki yung amount na withdraw mo.

anyway, ok na din na madami kang payment options, para kung ano ang mas convenient sa clients mo, yun ang piliin nila

btw, sa sm dept store, sa payment bills area nila, puwede na mag-cash in/out ng smart money and gcash. don't know nga lang how much ang transaction fees nila.

^yup sis, may sms notification, pati kapag nag-withdraw ka sa atm, may sms notification pa din yup, card number na lang sis binibigay.

ayun ngalang, baka-pa-reset mo sis sa smart mismo yung pin mo.

yung money ko sa smart money, ayaw mawidraw. nachecheck ko naman pag balance inquiry sa bdo atm, pero pag widraw na error. tried using it as debit card, error din. kainis. 2k din yun ha!

sis lelila, report mo lang sa smartmoney service hotline - 15177  so far yung na-debit without dispense nila sa akin, na-resolve nila.
