Gcash VS Smart Money as mode of payment

For those on-line sellers or any biz na ang mode of payment is either Gcash or Smart money (or both), which is better when it comes to
1. convenience of buyer
2. convenience of seller
3. tracking of payment
4. cashing-out

Hi sis! ako GCash talaga.. Sobrang galing ng naisip ng globe. From Luzon to Mindanao areas okay.

May bad experience kasi ako sa Smartmoney. Kasi yung application ko ng card, 3 months na hindi pa rin nagagawa. Medio sayang yung 3 times kong balik sa megamall branch. pero okay na rin, kasi kung hindi nila ginawa sakin yun, wala sana ako sa Globe ngayon hehe hindi ako naninira ha, i'm just telling the truth.

^ok lang sis, atleast na-compare mo ang based naman talaga sa experience mo.

if sa smart money, nata-track ba yung payment thru sms? sa globe kasi may makukuha ka ng sms na bayad na yung client.

^ hindi ko na talaga na-try yun sis Pero ang alam ko kasi, Smart mobile phone or ATM MasterCard pwede ma-check yung balance. I think may option yun sa phone like GCash.

ako wala pa experience sa smartmoney but perosnally, super convenient ng globe gcash.. kailangan lang siguro imporve ng kaunti kasi nagagamit ng scammers para manloko ng buyers..

para sa akin ok ang both kasi both gcash and smart money ako eh kung sa business ha! kasi sa gcash gamit ko sa nag pa load ng graveyard na laro sa akin ang smart ganun din sa pa load din transfer, pareho silang may bayad pag nag pa load. convenient both.

ok ang Smart money. if you have the card, pwede kayo magwithdraw thru BDO ATM machine, load your cellphone from Smart money account, may sms notification din pagkatransfer.

ganon pala smartmoney, globe kasi ako eversince kaya gcash lang alam ko hehe..

ok naman gcash and now may tie up sila with BPI where you can transfer your gcash money to your BPI account. havent tried pa mag open palang ako ng BPI ko. Im having a hard time kasi looking for cash out centers ng Gcash.

Then 2 consecutive days nag kaproblem ako sa cashing out. Super seldom ako mag cash out kasi  gcash lang pinapa-ikot ko sa payment ko sa suppliers, but then yung isang supplier ko kasi wala gcash so kelangan cash..

1. Globe Center - ayaw mag confirm nung cash out ko- kasi diba mag tetext kapa for confirmation? took me 30 mins pra maprocess yun csh out. I had to send it pa sa number nung teller ng globe tapos sya na nag cash out from his number

2. Villarica Pawnshop - grabe it took 4 hours para pumasok yung cash out ko, even sa globe mismo 4 hours inabot nung pag cash out.. 4 hours bago ko nareceive yung notification! nakauwi nako nakaalis na ulit nakapag grocery.. hays..

Tapos may times pa na i dont get a notification kapag may nag ppay saken.. nagiging hassel na talaga.. i guess kasi dumadami na yung users ng gcash? kaya nagkakaproblem na system nila? hays!

kaya yan nalang solution ko, open a BPI account so I can just transfer my gcash money.

i have Gcash pero never try to use it sa cash out... more on bank transaction kasi ako...

Gcash for me. Very convenient sa akin at sa mga buyer...

walang cash out ang smart money. you can withdraw at smart money atms or bdo atms
