Grabe lamig and hangin ngayon dito sa Qatar, been doing tabata/circuit/plyo or kung ano pa man from Fitness Blender. All I can say is that, pamatay routines nila na 45-50 mins, bugbog katawan ko daily, sore is the neq sexy nga talaga haha!

More on squats ang workout ko. Everyday dapat yan. Wala kase akong bottom hehe. Sad lang

hello mga sis,  just wan't to share sa nadiscover ko. YOGA BURN, ang galing nito kase nag Iose weight talaga ako, napakaganda talaga kase step by step tuturuan kayo, yung tamang yoga moves and makatanggal promise ng stress. you feel lighter, healthier and stress free after ilang minutes lang.. check niyo po yung link sa baba and may video describing the product, share ko lang po sa inyo kase na happy ako sa outcome :) try niyo.. and the good news madodownload lang siya if magpurchase kayo kahit wala kayo sa US, makakakuha kayo ng copy.. and legit siya :-* happy yoga mga sis and let me know the outcome.

Mon-Fri: 30min HIIT + 20min toning (Boho Beautiful in youtube)
Sat/Sun: Bootcamp or Circuit training

Hi po!

I'd like to ask for suggestions for effective ways to trim fat sa legs? What I usually do is do squats, wall sits, and cycling pero mejo nababagalan po ako eh. Any more workout routines that you can suggest?

^You can't trim fat by spot reducing them. You have to do overall cardio like running, jumping jacks, burpees, or better yet, HIIT.

Im lucky di ako tabain kahit 3x rice meal a day. Mahilig lang ako maglakad especially nung nagwowork ako sa makati from marikina. Yung long commute and stress sa traffic ayun effective exercise routine haha 😂

Squats
Planking
Plank Climb
Sit Ups

Stationary Bike at least 10minutes

Mon-Fri - Walking, lakad na lang pauwi from work, tipid na, na-exercise pa.
Weekend - Cardio, Squats, dumbbell lifting
