add ko pa dito planking everyday. mga 3-5 mins, tingnan ko rin kung may effect sa akin after ng ilang linggo.

Naku i-push mo yan sis. Planking (whether forearm or straight arm) is really good.  I started doing yoga a year ago mga March, as a way to lose weight and as a therapeutoc means for my LBP. On and off yun till May of last year. And I resumed it regularly from October of last uear till present and ongoing. I got married last June, and I love my arms hehe.  Well, it was loads better compared sa last year. Pero I also the love the overall feeling of strength and yung na stretch ka. hehe. Kaya go lang sa planking. Good luck :D

I have incorporated the Nike Training work outs in my routine as well. Napansin ko lang na they're good in working the glutes and thighs more than the upper body. Or maybe nasanay kase body ko sa strenuous pace ng Insanity. I like NTC though especially their short HIITs for when I wake up late and don't have much time for Insanity. Better having a 15 minute intense work out than none at all.

Recent convert ako to HIIT workouts. Mas effective eto saken kesa dating routine ko na normal cardio like zumba and stationary bike na isang oras kong ginagawa pero so-so changes.

Daily routine:

- Logging in 10k steps during working hours
- 2 rounds of 30-min HIIT sessions after work (an additional 4k-5k steps while doing these)

I wear a Fitbit and calories burned on average are 1,000 a day with this routine. I consume 1,200 calories a day through meal delivery. Kaya siguro significant din ang changes recently.

Monday to Friday except Thursday - 40 mins Threadmill, 20 mins stationary bike

I want to join group classes like body jam, body attack kaso nahihiya ako. Gusto ko rin mag try ng yoga kaso nahihiya rin ako because it will be my first time to do it kung sakali.

Run and walk - 15-30 mins run straight and walk around 1 hr papunta and pauwe ng park - 4-5 x a week pag tolerable heat and humidity dito sa Qatar, maski kasi gabi nasa 40 degrees ang temperature. It can do more harm than good sa katawan. Pag naman malamig super naman halos nasa 15 degrees.

If di kaya lumabas, home HIIT cardio and strength workout, I love Fitness Blender routines, maski mga 30 mins videos nila you'll burn mga 300++ calories.

Last weekend I tried the 1000 calorie challenge, and I died after haha! Sore katawan ko for almost 2 days.

Then sundan ko ng plank (minimum 10 mins) lunges, squats and jumping jacks.

I do that mga 4 x a week din.  :D I believe maski limited work out mas maige na kesa none at all.

In times na di talaga kaya magworkout, either super sore, or pagod or wala talaga sa hulog, I try to limit my calorie intake eat healthier foods and be as active nalang like akyat baba sa stairs, magpakapagod sa house chores.

I recently started the Kinobody Goddess Toning Program (dyosa talaga no?). It's a complete workout routine and diet program. The workout part is strength lifting 3x a week for 30-45 minutes. On rest days from lifting, low impact cardio like walking for 30 minutes.

I just started last week and lost 2 lb. Slow and steady progress para mamaintain yung lifestyle. :)

Hello! I'm super new to working out, like, this morning lang ako nagstart  ;D Medyo chopsuey yung ginawa ko pero ang sakit ng legs ko after. Plano ko kasi salit salit ang upper and lower body workouts. Today is my first day and I started with lower body. Ito yung ginawa ko kanina:

Treadmill Brisk Walking (5 yung gamit ko na speed, 5km/hr ata) on 5% incline for 10 mins
Dumbbell Reverse Lunge 3 sets 10 reps
Jump Squat 3 sets 20 reps (60 secs rest between each set)
Dumbbell Stiff Legged Deadlift 3 sets 12 reps
Treadmill Walking (2.5 speed), no incline, 10 mins

I was supposed to do more workouts after nung deadlift but because it's my first time going to the gym di ko na kinaya. Naramdaman ko talagang bibigay na yung legs ko. For the dumbbells I started with the lightest weight, will increase it over time. I'm planning to modify this pa to what I like better. I'm thinking of changing the Deadlift to Dumbbell Squats, add Curtsy Lunge to the Jump Squats, and add Lateral Kicks kung kaya pa ng binti ko.

Bukas siguro more on pushups lang ako and some ab workouts.

Before I went to the gym I took a scoop of protein shake, then one uli pagkatapos ko. Nung naramdaman ko nang nagugutom ako kumain narin ako agad.
