I do my exercise routine every other day after work.  I run around the village for 15 minutes and then I do crunches and leg raises after that.  I do 350 crunches and 2 sets of 20 leg raises for my abs.  Believe me, my ab work out works.  :D  Of course diet is necessary after that....

My exercise routine is 30 minute of running. Before the running I warm up my body with
jumping rope, both thing help me lot in my fitness, and i am happy with my exercise routine.

Before I had a job/while reviewing for board:
Every other day 20-25 situps + 30 minutes cardio.

Nung nagkawork, wala na. Hahahaha!

Don't you feel tired and get that maiinit feeling when you exercise in the morning before going to work? :)  I prefer exercise after work so I can relax na after at home.  :D

Sisses I am doing 1 hour workout at home. Yung mga videos ni Leslie Sansone at zumba everyday pero minsan nakakamiss.

Enough na ba yung 1 hour everyday? I am eating less na rin btw and taking green tea right after meal. :D Btw, I just started this habit because I am in dire need of losing weight. Hoping that what I am doing will be successful! :D

My daily routine of exercise is very easy. i do exercise daily in the morning. I do walk about 30 minutes in a day and do running in the evening. I do both exercises because both have lot of benefits. You can also try these exercises because these are easy to do.

Poetrytopose:  Yes 1 hour of exercise is more than enough if you exercise everyday.  I exercise for like 40 minutes every session and I do it 3x a week on the average but I keep on losing weight without diet.  cool huh?

To Everyone:  I believe that exercise is only effective if you sweat.  If you don't sweat, then you are just wasting your time.

Right now I'm alternating 30 Day Shred and Turbo Jam... Then last month nag Muay Thai lessons (twice a week) ako pero stop muna and resume next month kasi yung trainer nag Re-Service but I will continue when he gets back kasi 1.5 hour workout din yun hehe.. Tapos sa weekends pag ginanahan ako I swim for 1hour+ .. Pag naman sobrang ganado ako mag workout then I do my own exercise (Cardio-Strength-Abs.. siguro 1-2 hours to..) routine which I read from the internet kasi minsan nakakasawa na yung workout videos (hehe..) para maiba naman.. :D

My routine :)
Morning: core secrets by Gunnar Peterson- using the 65cm fitness ball.
Afternoon/evening: slim in 6 by Debbie. I leveled-up na sa Burn it up  since level1:start it up and level2:ramp it up are quite easy for me. Pag medyo kaya ko pa, 15 mins na ab secrets parang ab rocket na machine, and 15 mins na fitness plate [textspeak!] twister. May panahon na di ko na kaya yung last two 15 mins na routine, i skip it. I also  put slimming cream sa tummy and legs ko then wear sauna suit yung pangbaba lang.  Kaya naman ganyan exercise routine ko kasi wala naman akong ginagawa sa bahay. Bihira lang din ako lumabas ng bahay.

Sa food wala akong limit kung ano ang kakainin. Im a vegetable eater, i seldom eat beef and pork. I only limit my carbs. Sa breakfast lahat kinakain ko wala lang rice, lunch 1/3 cup rice and sa evening 1/3 cup of rice din. Snacks any of the following: yogurt (my mom gave a a yogurt maker :) ), juice, fruits, bread anything light. I drink lots of water kasi pawisin ako. Summer din ngayon kaya sobrang uhawin ako. I dont eat anything after 7:30pm, water lang.

I also make sure to eliminate everything in the morning. More intake of fiber +  water, or 2x a week na shake-off drink.

In two weeks I see positive results. Mas magaan na pakiramdam ko. From size 31.5 inches naging 29 inches nalang waist ko.  ;)

Do you guys know that Manny pacquiao makes 2000 sit ups everyday for his abs?  He got the killer abs done in a natural way.

javajill: how bad is your weight ba? Hindi na ba kaya ng diet and exercise yan?  make it a habit that you do exercise every after work or every morning.  Then eat less lang at night!  Im sure this diet will work.  It worked for me big time... :)

we share the same routine, I alternate Shred and Turbo Jam then I jog for 15 to 20 mins after pag kaya pa. These I do 3-4x a week. I wanted to give MMA or dance lessons a shot for variation coz like you said, workout vids nakakasawa din talaga. You think you draw or gain the same level of intense workout with Muay thai as compared to those instructional videos?
