my hubby and i jog around our village for 40 (5 min brisk walk, 30 min run, 5 min cooldown) minutes, targetting 3x a week minimum.  sometimes we do it 5x if our schedules permit.

on weekends, we can extend the run for 1 hour kasi we don't have to rush to the office after.  :)

and just recently, i added also the 30 day shred workout to my routine....it's a combination of cardio, strength, and abs and it's only for 20 minutes so carry pa din sya in the morning before going to work.

andami kong gustong sports acitivities, wala naman time and companion. :(

at least pag weights sa house lang.

Yes.. true.. kasi mawawalan ng fats eh kaya liliit..

^yes, nakakaliit ng braso yan. During the first few days of lifting weights, parang mas lumaki yung braso ko, feeling ko namamaga yung muscles. haha! Pero sabi ng trainer ko, ganon daw talaga, then, after ilang weeks, lumiit na siya. :)

more muscles = less fat. start lifting and don't lift cute hehe sana play around with weights light weights x high reps, medium weights x moderate reps, heavy x low reps.

Eto latest sa kin:
hiphop abs and 30 day shred everyday
weight class twice a week

I love to do Cardio in the morning, really wakes me up and sets the tone for the whole day. Weight classes sa gym namin afternoons lang but i try to space it between 3 days. Super hirap kasi siya 1 hour na weights class 30 mins na abs.

I changed my routine na naman...

every morning, 20 mins on the bike (HIITS.. 30 seconds slow biking, then 30 seconds na as quick as I can)

then in the evening, I lift weights. Yesterday, I tried hubby's 15kg dumbbells for my deadlifts, huwaw grabe ang sakit ng hamstrings ko ngayon ;D

I do 30 day shred & PCD workout everyday sa umaga then every lunchtime I walk 6km, pag weekend 3-4km lang pero 2x kong ginagawa PCD workout plus hours of malling :) Naghahagdan lang din ako palagi  :)
I also have Step-up dance workout kaso nahihirapan pa ako sa steps nila  ;D masyadong mabilis for me.. Naghahanap pa ako ng zumba & belly dancing dvds para ma alternate ko sa PCD workout ko..

^I do both.

Although konti lang ha. I eat 1 hour before, pwedeng sandwich lang. Para may energy ka gawin yung routine mo. Hirap kasi gutumin in the middle of your rout e. Or kung walang time, magbanana ka na lang muna. Then kain talaga dapat after exercise, eat those that are high in protein. :)
