hi mommies! i had my hubby drop by at UP-CDC last jan 25 to fill up an application form. The draw-lots will be next week. sana makuha ang daughter namin.

we also got application forms at UP PAUW Child Care Center. if ever di kami makuha sa UP CDC we are considering PAUW child care center or the bloomfields learning center na malapit lang sa house namin.

sis, we were there too last Jan 25. Next week pa ba ang raffle? I thought nun Friday na (Jan 27) yun kasi sabi nun nag assist samin sa paglagay ng stub sa mga boxes. Ours was dropped into the 2.9 - 3.3 non-up girl box. Hehe

We would also want to try out UP PAUW, or KDCC. I think you're from t.sora/nia/npc area? How old is your kid?

^ hi sis. ano ang frequency ng classes nila? At ang haba ng per session? 15,000 ito per sem no? Meron ba school bus doon or ihahatid talga ng parents?

Tapos na po ang draw ng CDC last Friday. Usually 1 slot lang ang available per level, girl/boy, UP/non-UP. Next year na lang ulit.

Hi sisses, the raffle was last friday pa pala. we went to UP last sunday & saw the a manila paper posted sa door ng CDC. my daughter wasnt picked but its ok. grabe naman ang odds kasi, parang 2 slots lang for boys then 2 slots again for girls sa non-UP. our daughter is 3 y.o. so dun sya sa box na for 3.3 or something.

we'll try again next year but anyway we'll pursue UP PAUW-CCC. Dumaan nga kami ni hubby dun sa compund nila before pa kami pumunta CDC and i'd say mas maganda & mas maaliwalas sa PAUW than CDC (sourgrapes ba?) hehe ... but its true! ang lawak ng grounds nya. kasama namin daughter ko & nag-swing pa sya dun sa playground for about 15 mins. sabi pa nya dun na daw sya mags-school. di naman sya mashadong excited ano

tuition at UP PAUW CCC for non UP is 22k nga pala for 1 year na one-time payment. naka-post yun dun sa bulletin board nila and they have other payment schemes na installment type. i just called them and hindi naman daw sila raffle. sana matanggap daughter ko dun.

sis, till when ang application period sa UP PAUW?san yung compound nila? Di rin kami pinalad sa raffle..hehe and i agree, medyo turn-off ako ng konti kasi hindi well-kept yung playground sa CDC, even my kid was looking at her hands after nta mahawakan yung playhouse, and she was saying na 'baho'..LOL!

they have a facebook page. their contact number is posted somewhere sa wall nila. PM me if u cant find it, bawal yata mag-post ng number dito?

uy baka youre expecting na sobrang ganda ng playground nila ha. their playground is far from being new -- old-school type na metal swings and slides, pero parang well-maintained naman. ang maganda talaga sa PAUW is very much in tune with nature at talagang maaliwalas at malawak yung place. the school building is newly painted too. i'll try to post some pics tonight then i-post ko dito.

they require a medcert nga pala stating that the child is fit to attend school.
yun na lang ang kulang namin then we will pass the application form na.

also, other sisses, if may mare-recommend pa kayong magandang pre-schools near Quirino Hway, Novaliches hanggang West Fairview please post your experience here and how much tuition fees. i'm looking for a good school for my 4yo son kasi.

we've been to Falcon, Achievers, Little Shepherd and My kid's world laboratory (the last two dito sa loob mismo ng subd), and hindi kami masyado na-impress. nasa 40k na sa Falcon at 24k sa Achievers.

i'm now looking at MSA Whiz kids (altho medyo malayo sa amin) at TDS Hope Christian Academy. Any feedbacks on TDS Hope?

For those looking for a preschool in Fairview/Novaliches area, you might want to look into The Growing Place preschool near FEU hospital. We visited the school 3 years ago when we were still looking for a preschool for my son and his cousin (they go to Raya now). Progressive ang method of teaching and as far as i know, most of the teachers are grads of UP FLCD. Small student-teacher ratio. It's really a small preschool. Affordable din ang tuition. I think it was at 30-40K back then.

Heard about this preschool from a fellow gt mom. I think may ilang good reviews/feedback na rin ito online.
