No powder form for DHC as far as I know. May catalogue ako ng DHC kasi,halos  capsules and tablets lang.

i use DHC Deep Cleansing Oil but i still prefer Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil - so much better.

have used nameraka for months. stocked up on dhc hyaluronic acid but i haven't tried it yet. and i just bought dhc eyelash growth tonic.

nameraka is a collagen supplement. it might make your face oilier though so in effect you'll be more prone to breakouts.

im currently using ph 338 and dhc nameraka at naglabasan ang cystic pimples. di ko sure alin ang culprit, pero hinala ko yung dhc nameraka (gut feel lang). kasi samu't saring gluta naman na na-take ko, oral and IVG, never ako nagreact, kaya i don't think it's ph 338. 5 days na lang supply ko ng nameraka, plano ko naman ubusin. but im not sure if i will re-order.

is this normal? purging lang ba ito which would eventually get better?

natuwa pa naman ako sa DHC nameraka kasi lumambot talaga skin ko after about 5 days of use. pero on the third week, parang nagsimula ako mag-break out. hay.

me too nagkapimps sa nameraka the next morning... di ko na ulit ininom kasi takot ako sa break outs, sayang 30 day supply pa naman inorder ko..

this is the disadvantage of taking collagen at a young age. this is not advisable if one is only at her 20's coz the body is still producing collagen. nameraka is a collagen supplement. kaya most experience pronounced breakouts coz of overactive sebaceous glands kasi nasobrahan ng collagen intake sa katawan. max the body can take is 1500mg a day. e kung may collagen supplement ka pa, over supply ka na. collagen supplement is best taken if one is at her 30's - 50's coz of the body's gradual depletion of collagen production (kaya dry skin, wrinkles occur). this info has already been shared in other threads. for your guidance mga sisses.

haiz.. i bought the 30 day supply of dhc nameraka, i just use it twice and decided to stop and not use it anymore kasi im having break outs.. sayang dami pa naman, i think thats 84 caps pa.. i'm considering the idea of selling it na lang, syang naman kung itatapon ko lang e, ang pricey pa naman..

^^I agree. Even for someone like me who is her thirties, I have to control my Collagen intake too.
For collagen, more is never better. I take only a teaspoonful  of Collagen everyday  if sumobra
lang ng konti nagkakabumps na ako.

Weird but for me Nameraka did not cause me pimples (I took it a few years ago for almost a year),
what I did not like about it is it made me bloated and I noticed an increase in my appetite while
using this.   For those who are breaking out with Nameraka, try taking it every other day or halving the
dosage. Perhaps the collagen content of a single dose is just too much for you.
