^ fish collagen (marine collagen?), and vit b1 and b2. :) 5 tablets a day.

i use nameraka, pero now i'm also using collagen.

with DHC collagen, parang na fill in yung mini-cellulite ko on my thighs. they look a little firmer LOL. just bought this mga 2 weeks ago. my mom also takes this for her wrinkles, pero i haven't noticed a difference yet.

with nameraka naman, i take it before i go to bed, and when i wake up, my skin is super soft and supple like i just put on body butter.

Hi sis, so you take collagen and nameraka in a day? Kasi parang may collagen na rin yung nameraka, so naisip ko di kaya ma-overdose sa collagen? (Kung meron ganon hehe)

Nope hindi ka mao-overdose. :) Kase maximum na pwede mong i-take na Collagen a day is 4,000MG. eeh ang DHC Collagen is 1,750mg a day ata.

^^ sis pampolinous, yup, i do take both collagen and nameraka.

i'm not worried naman re overdose ( i don't know rin if there is such a thing LOL, it's not like may official RDA siya ;D) since a full day's dosage of DHC collagen contains 1750 mg collagen, tapos with nameraka, it contains 405 mg, so that's a total of 2155 mg only.

if you compare it with something like meiji collagen powder, 1 scoop nya contains 5000 mg. and 1 scoop per day yun. :)

thanks for the info vodka4breakfast and shinny  ;)

isip ko kasi hinay hinay muna ako supplements, since i'm taking dhc collagen and AHA q10 tablets, yun nalang muna for now, baka the more I take, the more maging addict ako to try all the supplements

btw, i got my Q10 loot na, so excited to try the Q10 toner + milk, and the Acerola cream, hope the Acerola cream works, para I can use a cheaper skin care line

ok, update.

1. Q10 lotion (toner)-when I poured a bit into my hands, the consistency felt like the usual toners, but after i applied it to my face, it felt a bit (lang) sticky, i think it's because of the Q10 (hehe, of course), prior to using this I've only used Clarins alcohol free toning lotion, Clarins felt refreshing and not sticky kasi

2. Q10 eye cream -it's really creamy, and at 25 g for a tube, I think it would last a long time, I don't know if it'll be effective on me though (I will update).

3. Acerola cream - it's quite moisturizing, I thought it would be far less moisturizing than the Q10 cream, since nakasulat sa website nila Q10 cream is intensive moisturizing. It is less intensive than the Q10, but I would say very moisturizing parin.

Btw, I have combination skin.
