Pumalo ng ~87K yung bill namin, Normal delivery ako. 3 days sa Standard A na private room with 2 hrs sa pre labor room, 3 hrs sa labor room, PF ng 3 doctors and all meds ang kasama; Less Philhealth and 7% community discount (taga Pasig kasi ako). Mas mura pa compared nung nanganak ako sa TMC nung 2010 and 2013 (I think I posted rin sa thread na ito before hehe) kasi roomed in agad ang baby and may Philhealth na kami (estudyante pa lang kami nung first two deliveries ko).

Swerte lang namin, walang available na Standard A nung time na manganganak na ako. Ang siningil na rates sa amin for that, pero nagstay kami sa Superior na room (yung may fridge and couch) kasi hindi na kami nakalipat until nadischarge na kami. Best panganganak ko ever!

Dra Leslie Soria-Canonizado. And sya doctor ko for my first two deliveries (actually pati yung anesthesiologist and pedia namin same until sa 3rd baby). Sonologist rin sya, very kind pati. I love her to bits <3

my OB insisted that we avail the package during my first pregnancy. we didn't know kasi if ill give birth via normal or CS, eh kapag emergency CS daw we could spend up to 200k+ pa kapag private.

i had a normal delivery so we spent only around 60-70k with the package. okay naman yung ward, its small but its enough. wala kaming nakasabay the 3D/2N that we were there but i can imagine it will be a problem pag may screaming baby din in the other rooms. shared yung bathroom but its always clean and honestly, our stay there was so short, hindi ko na masyado inintindi yung rooms. what i like about is you don't have to spend much but you get top notch service with the doctors and nurses. na-appreciate ko talaga yung difference sa st. lukes qc where i was admitted a couple of years ago, plus ang luma na ng st. lukes qc. kaya even though mas malapit siya sa current house namin, mas gusto ko pa rin sa TMC manganak. Though i might get a private room na this time.

Hello mga sis! Just had my check up again with Dra. Quiroga and nagask na ako ng package.

Sabi niya if negative naman daw result nung test sa 34th week ko, pwede ko avail package 109k excluding medicines (atibiotic, etc.)

Sana maging ok para pasok kami ni baby.

hello sis @genlicen08, you can ask for a copy of their maternity packages sa Information desk ng Main Building.

Kumuha ako kanina, CS Package starts at 109K. Sabi ng OB ko, this is exclusive nga lang ng medicines like antibiotic. Iyong sa NSD na pacakage di ko na tanda pero parang nasa 69K.

Had my CAS at TMC. Nagwalk-in lang ako. Ok lang naman with them, pipila ka nga lang.

Package for CS is 109K.
I forgot na para sa NSD pero parang nasa 69K.

I think may mga recommendations sila sa OB if you back read. OB ko now kasi is si Dra. Quiroga and she is on leave. Reliever niya is Dra. Melissa Jane Santos.

She is very knowledgable but strict, medyo matanda na kasi. Not the type of OB rin na you can have on-call pag may tanong ka bigla. She says if you suspect an emergency (spotting, etc) go to the prelabor room and not to her.  I would prefer someone na mas friendly and on-call tbh but too late for me to switch now.

Only have her secretary's number. Her secretaries are nice naman but it's happened twice na nagcancel ng clinic si Dra. and they didnt even bother to call yung mga naka appointment para di na pumunta. Tapos once nagset ako appointment di nalista so i missed the doctor as well.

Hi sis, thanks sa reply. i had my CAS at In my Womb since sa kanila ako nakakuha ng schedule last March, limited lang kc ang time ko sa pinas. Im an OFW, now back to abroad ulit ako and babalik ako sa Pinas on my 35th week (depende sa advised ni OB ko dito). Need ko po sana is yung OB na may clinic na din sa TMC, para isang lugar ang pupuntahan ko. Hindi pa rin kc ako nakakapag-inquire at visit sa TMC pero decided na ako na sa TMC ako manganganak. Tatanggapin kaya nila ang ganitong case? last minute check-up.. (i'm worried po kc).. thank you.

For those that availed TMC's package.. isn't the ward kinda small? San natulog si hubby, sa floor? The space is so little.. diba may parang bassinet pa ni baby ilalagay?

We already toured the rooms and I can't imagine us being comfy sa ward kasi if hubby's sleeping on the floor and a nurse comes in (which is expected every few hours diba) e di pano naman. Tapos yun nga may baby pa. And the CR is common so it could expose me to germs...

maganda service sa TMC, isang angal ko lang, ang damot sa space sa rooms, yung regular room ko noon nung nanganak ako, kalahati lang ng regular room sa St. Lukes BGC. maski yung maternity ward ang liit sobra, compare to the maternity ward in St. Luke's, practicality-wise super comfy na sya.

Giving birth end of Oct-first week of November with my 2nd child.
First born ko was with Dr. Vicencio, true na very strict, very old school siya. Lahat bawal, even coffee.
But very thankful to her cause double cord coiled Yung first born ko, but NSD and my son is perfectly healthy.

Dr. Vicencio pa din kami now that am pregnant.

I have a question on discounts.
I read than if you have a Citibank mercury credit card, it gives 10% on TMC.

Any other ways to get discounts? Is it true na if you?re from some of the villages na part of an org, they also give 10% discount?

Any other options?

^Hi sis im under Dr. Vicencio also and I didn't even know na bawal coffee... hehe in my case I have up to one cup a day hehe also chocolate and milk tea. I'm giving birth end of June!

Anyway yes true there are certain exclusive villages or barangays with discounts. When i had a d&c procedure last year we were able to get a small discount (forgot if 7 or 10%) because of my hubby's old address.

Haha, bawal coffee, tuna, salmon. But I still drink a cup every now and then.
Thank you for replying. Helpful din ang 10%! My bill in 2014 was 120k for NSD, for sure mas mahal na now.
