I saw roman shades at tru value but the price is P3,800 for just two panels.

What's your budget pala? Kasi Fabric Bar in Greenbelt 5 and Wall Crown in MC Home The Fort has wallpapers ranging from 3k+ to 7k+ per roll. You can still ask for a discount if you buy more. These are super pretty wallpapers na ha. The cheap ones kasi limited yung designs.

^Yeah agree ako. I have a suki there where I got all my bed, day beds, dining table and chairs. All of them are made from molave (I'm partial with light colored wood). Just like my suki most of them are from Ilocos Sur.
