^sis if the Givenchy Antigone bag is what you want, antayin mo sya sa next sale. it's been spotted on this year's designer spring-summer sale... the next one is typically in November for the autumn-winter season sale. Actually, may nakita pa ako antigone on sale now but it's in unique colors, not classic neutrals.

abangan mo sis if talagang gusto mo.. i remember seeing the small antigone for only $600 on matchesfashion.com and most designer merchants offer free international shipping after a certain spend so IMO sulit.

^sis that might depend where you're shipping to. i'm based in the US and the sticker price is final for me so no duties and tax na. sometimes nga mas mura pa than buying something from shops here, because final price na yung naka-list.

^I see. Im based here in Manila so definitely may  customs tax. Sayang there?s a lot of good deals on that site pa naman. Right now I use Net a Porter and Luisaviaroma for my purchases cos its DDP basis na.

- ssense (their discount is not as much, but they also have the most selection of sizes for shoes for example, and their Customer Service is great -they told me if i ever get charged custom duties, i can pay for it first, then scan receipt to them and they will reimburse it. it has not happened yet but good to know)

^all those sites will charge kasi customs tax pagdating dito. Lucky you?re in the US

Super fast lang luisaviaroma. If I order on a monday, the package arrives by Friday. Also, DDP basis so I don?t get paranoid about the customs tax.

Napaisip tuloy ako (and would you know) about taxation on luxury goods that we carry through the airport when traveling? I have US green card pa, not citizen yet, so now i wonder if they will charge me anything when i visit the PH and I'm using/bringing some luxury goods.

^if you?re using it naman, no problem. Also, they don?t usually check luggages na when you enter the country. We buy most our bags and shoes abroad but we pack them separately. Not in 1 luggage lang.

As long as for personal use, i don?t see any reason for it to be taxed?

^thank you @vhanya! this gave me the reassurance i needed when bringing back personal goods. I am bringing back a surprise gift for my hubby.. that's the part i'm worried about.. i'll definitely put it in my carry-on luggage but i want it to remain a surprise and not be taxed or something hehe
