So effective for me herbalife, im trying na rin their supplements as my vitamins everyday. And shake is really best for loosing weight kahit walang exercise. What Im doing kasi pag may isang araw akong nag buffet ( hobby namin yan eh, hehe ) then the next 2 days puro shake lang ako 3 times a day, and I can go back sa weight ko talaga and sometimes lower pa. Im 119.2 now, pag nag buffet ako umaabot 124, but nakakabalik naman using herbalife shake.  ;)

One of the managers in the office (at least 50 y/o) really lost weight. 9lbs in 20 days. Kaya benta sa'kin. Pero sobrang pricey (around 7k yata gastos nya for 10 days) and tamad akong mag prepare ng shake. Fortunately, I found a nutrition club in Makati and got to try the shake that they prepare for their members and nagustuhan ko naman. Tapos less than 3k lang lahat ng gagastusin ko for 11 working days. Bonus na lang na walking distance lang sya from where I work. I'll start this Thursday. Sana talaga seryosohin ko na 'to. Sasabayan ko ng exercise pag weekend.

Hi sis, do you know the nutrition clubs in Makati? Also, what's the benefit in going there instead of preparing your own Herbalife shake? Thanks!

Just started last May 3, and joined their weight loss challenge. The coach got my height, weight and fat analysis. I was 80kgs. (176lbs), come May 10, after following the right nutrition I weighed 76.3kgs (167.86lbs). I lost 8.14 in just one wk!

In terms of coaching naman, I think pareho lang naman yung moral support at education on proper nutrition ang makukuha mo from an Independent Distributor vs sa Operator ng Nutrition Club. Sa Pacific Star Bldg sa Makati Ave cor Buendia yung nutrition center. Pag Monday to Friday, open sila from 7AM to 2PM. Close pag Sabado at Linggo. Hth! :)

Thanks sis! I'm still thinking if I should apply na lang as a distributor para makakuha ng discount =)

i started yesterday :) meron kasing herbalife coach na nagpupunta sa office, and dun nagpre-prepare ng shake+aloe extract+tea as our 'breakfast'. A meal plan was given to me, lunch and dinner, pati snacks with the corresponding calories. Is it ok to 'deviate' from the plan? Like instead of rice, I will eat steamed veggies perhaps? Kung baga, I can chane my meals pero I will just make the calorie count would still be the same. Para lang di kaumay na either rice+chicken breast or fish during the entire duration of the 11-day program.

Hi sis artemis26, ang sabi sa'kin ng coach sa nutrition club, if you want to eat veggies, cut your rice intake. Parang 1 serving of veggies equivalent to half cup of rice.

It's my 7th day in the program and I lost 3lbs. Bumaba rin by 1 percentage point yung body fat ko. Also, my metabolic age went down by 1 year. I didn't strictly follow yung rice + chicken/fish. Either sakto lang or plus 100 calories.

:) I am on my 4th day, and I feel lighter, my tummy isn't bulging excessively out of my jeans hahaha!

Yesterday I cheated eh, I ate 1 pc ng Auntie Anne's pretzel. I looked up its calorie content wow, 390kcal pala sya kaagad.
