^ i know some breastfeeding moms who are using herbalife. it's ok naman. i think it will be good also for the baby.

I'm using this now (the complate package) but I'm not sure if it's working..Just started early this month, I did lose a couple of lbs., but nothing big.

wow sis congrats...

for me, I'm using the product for GAIN weight. Buti ka pa lose weight... madali lang sa herbalife yan. Kahit less than a month makakalose ka ng malaking pounds. I've met a lot of people na ganun. Sa gain weight naman kasi medyo matagal. 2 to 3 months, but I'm happy to see results kahit paunti unti.

I use this pag gusto ko pumayat. I agree hindi siya pang long term din.

I buy mine from ebay ko ata unang nakita. Cheaper sa kanya compared sa nakita ko sa iba tas she gave me a free garlic plus ba yun dati. Bought from her mga 3 times na ata so mukhang legit naman.

PM me if you want her no. Nakalimutan ko lang pangalan nya eh. Haha. Herbalife lang kasi nakasave sa phonebook ko.

My mom tried this few years ago. Effective sa kanya. Grabe yung pinayat niya. Naging kasing size ko nalang siya. From I think around 35+ waistline ay naging 27 nalang siya. Tapos naalala ko sabi niya dati, kahit yung drink lang itake niya hindi siya nagugutom pero hindi rin naman siya nanghihina.

really helps me get back with my pre pregnancy weight. Im now 108 lbs .. 3 lbs to go. Need lang talaga ng discipline. In my case I just take it pag breakfast. tapos kain na ko ng lunch and dinner. I started with 125 lbs now 108 na lang..target ko is 100 lbs..enjoy and try lang baka maging hiyang din sa inyo

I think my answer was referring to the supplements are not really an answer to weight loss.

Her statement is not related to crab mentality. She's just saying that supplements or weight loss pills are not the solution to one's weight loss problems. Same goes with antibiotics from the pharmaceutical industry.

The way you eat and how you understand what kind of food you eat will dictate the outcome of your life.

nagherbalife ako dati nung highschool 2007. third year college na ako ngayon. I think two or three months akong nag herbalife. Ang mahal nya kasi, 1300 benta sakin. breakfast and dinner ko yung shake nyan tapos lunch sa school. Nanghina ako dito tsaka may mga nakapansin na medyo nagdadark yung lips ko.
Walking distance lang school ko. Yung hunger ganun pa rin, nagugutom pa rin ako. and of course I lost weight (can't remember kung ilan nalose ko kasi sobrang depressed ako sa weight ko nun I stopped checking the scales) real fast, kapansin pansin sa neighbors ko. SA bilis ng weight loss nagkastretchmarks ako sa tummy, armpit, and sa legs.

I stopped using this kasi wala ng pera. Tsaka nanghina ako.
Bumalik weight after a few months, pero hindi na kasing bigat ng dati.

Di ko na sya itrytry ulit.

BTW. Hindi namatay ang may-ari ng herbalife dahil sa herbalife. Namatay si mark hughes (ang may-ari ng herbalife) dahil sa accidental overdose of alcohol and doxepin, an anti-depressant noong may 21, 2000. Madaming ng news tungkol sa products nila na nakakacause daw ng kung [textspeak!] anong sakit tulad ng sa liver, ilang beses ng inexperiment ang mga product ng herbalife nang marami raming institute, pero wala pa silang nakikitang chemical/part ng formula ng herbalife na talagang nakakacause ng mga sakit na sinasabi nila.

Hindi ko inaadvocate ang magherbalife ka habang buhay, syempre dapat healthy living pa rin. eat your vegetables and fruits, tapos exercise.
