try using osterizer blender para mas pino, mix it with banana or other fruit + oats. yun kasi ang mixture na binibigay ng taga herbalife. masarap naman at super feel busog in fairness.

I've tried this about 2 years ago! It is really effective, i lost 20 lbs, but sad to say i stopped due to a number of reasons: for one, It is expensive compare to other weight loss products; Number two: Nakaksuka and Nakakaumay na ang lasa nung shake kasi everyday nalang ganun; and Number three: Mas masarap talaga ang rice. @ ms. omneecka - i use the shake (as the main food), fiber and herb (for colon cleansing), and vitamins & minerals (for anti-stress and anti-aging). I take the Shake 2x a day (morning & evening) tapos yung tablets 3x a day. Right now maintenance na lang ako so every morning na lang yung Shake. Pero yung tablets tuloy pa rin ako kasi instead of buying synthetic vitamins like the ones available in the market eto na lang. Even my 4-year old son is drinking Shake for proper nutrition.

how much's the damage naman? i mean cost of shake + fiber and herb + vitamins and minerals? if i remember it right, shake alone is already 1.5k and not even enough for a month consumption.
