what i love about herbalife is its thermo tea.
unlike other greentea , its the only tea i can drink straight. coz  other teas, their taste is so bitter. herbal life's thermo tea taste like nestea
and 1/3 teaspoon = 20 minutes exercise. it burns fat fast.

this is a must sa aking diet. ive read kasi na ang green tea is a good source of anti oxidant. pero yung nabibili sa market ang sama ng lasa.
unlike this tea. mabango at nestea talaga. oh by the way. tama nga, 20minutes exercise ang equivalent ng 1/2 teaspoon!!!! it burns fats talaga. lalo pagkakain inumin . sulit ang pera.

fiberbond--- lalo pag oily foods kakainin. nag block ng fats. tried ko na ito. nag try ako sa baso then i crushed it. nglagay ako ng oil sa water. then yung crushed fiberbond. kita ko kung paano mag solid at bumagsak papailalim yung oil. i imagine na ganun nangyayari sakin.
formula 1: healthy breakfast! hindi ako moody kapag ito bf ko.
tea: dont forget the tea. cleansing din sa body ko.

Sharing ba ito ng favorites natin? hehe. Mine is thermo green tea and formula one at Prptein Powder. Hindi kasi nakaka lawlaw ng skin yung protein. Pag nag lose weight, hindi siya yung lawlaw effect. Same naman sa thermo tea nila. yung 100g, 2months supply na sakin yun. Medyo pricey pero sulit naman. Amoy nestea nga siya pero hindi lasang nestea, parang plain water lang siya.

Sa formula shake , chocolate flavor gusto ko. Pero kapag new ka lang, mas type nila ang vanilla.
