Mga sis, need a survey lang po:
My 2 kids came from Perpetual Molino and I finally decided to transfer them to other school; reason: I just don't feel na may improvement ang study habits nila, but their grades were ok.
Im thinking of St Dominic College of Asia and St Thomas Aquinas sa may Buhay na Tubig.
any mommies here na may kids na nakaenrol sa 2 schools so I can make some comparison, need your comments po

I inquired in Statesfield pero closed na ang Grade3 but Grade 8 still open for admission daw.

Academia de Julia ok din sana but the tfee is almost the same sa statesfield.

Hi sis, why not try Divine Light Academy? My son's incoming Gr 1 there, 3 years sya dito sa pre school. And in terms of academics, maganda talaga quality ng turo and ang discipline nila sa mga students.

My daughter took the entrance exam at FEU Silang for kinder 2. Tuition is 50k. Not included yung books and uniform.  There's a 2,000 discount for those who will enroll early until May 15 so we'll avail of it. They also have free dancing, singing, acting workshops and reading lessons from May 18-23. Too bad my daughter can't join. We have yet to inquire about the school service. Hoping that our kid will enjoy her time in this school. Start ng classes nila is June 15.

Sisses, feed back naman which school mas maganda, Divine Light or Statefields. My daughter is grade 4 na next year, I want to transfer her to big school. nasa grade school kasi sya inside our subdivision, but medyo kulang ang academics for me. kaya I want to transfer her to big school.

Hi, I'll be enrolling my son next school year but I'm still scouting for a good school. We're considering Elizabeth Seton, both Las Piñas and Cavite since we're from Bacoor  but we are still looking for a cheaper one na English talaga. Any recommendations?

sis rikki21 and sis celica: my daughter is currently in Senior Kinder in DLA-Molino, and here's my feedback:

1. Facilities - good enough, they're making improvements, but compared to DLA-Las Pinas and Statefields, there's a lot of room for improvement talaga.

2. Quality of teaching - Really good. Preschool teachers all have early education units, so I think that helps. Subjects are paced well for the kids.

3. Extracurricular - They're not very much into extracurricular activities. There's like one every month or so that you can consider 'major' - but that's about it. For me it's ok - kids can focus on academics and still have something to look forward to. Less gastos din.

4. Academics - very competitive ang level. If you would see the grades of the kids and compare it the grades of those in other schools - 1st honor level na sa ibang school, pero sa DLA, hindi pa yun pasok sa Level Honors (overall). There's a good and bad side to this of course, good because kids are motivated to excel talaga - bad because it takes so much to actually get into level honors.

5. Environment - Generally quiet and peaceful yung place. Mababait naman ang mga bata (so far ha, based sa mga naging classmates ng daughter ko).

^ DLA Molino Graduate here.
Sa Academics talaga sila naka-focus.. ang daming assignments at projects. May times na aalis sana kami pag weekends kaso lang sa dami ng project ko hindi na lang ako sumasama. Pero highschool days na ko nito. Honor naman ako nun grumaduate, pero na-stress din talaga ako, pukpukan sa pagaaral. Not sure kung dito ko ie-enroll ang daughter ko. Gusto ko sana overall development, not the traditional na puro academics..

My son is studying in Harrell Horne Integrated School.

The school's grading system focuses on behavior kaya kahit smart yung anak mo, kung malikot, mababa pa rin ang grade.  Take note, this is for pre-school, considering that pre-schoolers are naturally active, hindi mo mapapapirmi sa isang tabi, hindi pwedeng sabihan ng isang beses.

Regardless if they get 0 or perfect score sa activities, walang weight yun, as long as tahimik, sunod agad sa teacher, etc.

I regret enrolling my son here, parang sa rehabilitation center ko siya pinasok at hindi sa academic school. IMO only.

totoo yan sis mommyme? Oh my. When we inquired sa Harrell before parang ang saya kasi ang ganda ng preschool classrooms, may pool and all. I didn't know na ganyan pala grading system nila. Kakaloka. I mean I know behavior is important, and that kids should be trained on behaving properly in school as early as possible. Pero for it to factor so big pagdating sa grades, lalo na at yun nga, preschool is the age na tinuturuan mo pa lang sila dyan sa aspect na yan... parang kakaiba ha.

Anong grade sis? Senior Kinder was around 34k if I remember it right.
