sisses, ask ko lang, I also suffer from morning sickness din kasi. is it okay ba to inhale yung white flower na oil? yung sa maliit na bottle. kasi whenever I feel nauseated, nahihilo and nagsho-short breathe, eto ginagamit ko. I also use efficascent oil. safe ba to? i read kasi na di daw pwede yung white flower for pregnant women but I am not sure if it's true nga. yung iba kasi alam ko gumagamit din nun kahit preggy.

9 weeks and suffering from morning sickness here. kanina gusto ko na mag give up pero nung nabasa ko na maganda pala na my morning sickness eh ok lang. Hindi kasi ako makakain ng maayos, siguro the last time I felt good was eating rambutan yesterday pero after nun nako, pag evenings ako usually ginugutom/nasusuka.
Kanina after drinking my vitamins sakit ng ulo ko habang nag ddrive to work at nasusuka nanaman, pagdating ko bile ako ng nagaraya and it eased it so ok naman pero come lunch time ewan ko na kung ano kakainin ko eh hindi naman pwedeng nagaraya forever. Isa pa yang anmum nayan, oh my nalalansahan ako talaga.

Things that helped:
Nagaraya butter flavor
Twin popsies
Lemonade
Gatorade pink lemonade flavor
Sour Gummy worms
Rambutan
Quickly Green apple shake
Raw Carrot

Things that are yuckky:
Crispy pata -- favorite ko ito noon!
Crispy Sisig -- I cannot stand it anymore.
Coke -- nako nandidirenako
Red dragon fruit -- ewan ko kung bakit
Anmum -- lansa kadire, tiis tiss talaga.

Morning Sickness kuno! It lasts the whole freaking day! Sana lang after I cross the first tri mark tapos na...

Things that helps:

- dry crackers ( I buy from healthy options or santi's. Yung hindi oily like skyflakes)
- Picole Ice pops or homemade ice candy
- Tums Calcium Carbonate antacid (go signal from my doctor to take this)
- sweets (brownies, fudge, chocs, etc)
- tea (chamomile or mint)

first time ko to experience really crying because the nausea and acidity were causing me pain. Dry crackers really help.

oily foods make me sick.

Dati when i drink Hot Choco, sinusuka ko 'yun.

with my first baby, i was vomiting until the day i gave birth.. hyperacidity yung coz ng vomiting. now im pregnant again. hirap ako maghanap ng food that will not coz hyperacidity coz the last time i was pregnant i was popping zantac pills almost everyday. i was confined twice during my first pregnancy, but honestly i dont think the doctors or nurses knew what they were dealing with. they told me to drink ginger ale on a regular basis pero it just made everything worse. sakakasuka ko i was experienceing vertigo? i dont know the exact term, but i felt like i was spinning uncontrollably. my difficult pregnancy has some sort of effect on my first child. hirap talaga niya pakainin and he's really small for his age. sana this time, sandali lang yung morning sickness ko.. :(

nakakiyak talaga.

I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum with this pregnancy. It lasted until my 20th week. I could not keep any food or water down - at most I could eat a pack of skyflakes and a few glasses of water but I would even throw that up. I would puke to the point na only bile was coming out (yellowish in color) and when that was gone I would dry heave pa. I was exhausted and of course worried about the baby. I was nearly confined but managed to keep hydrated by drinking gatorade (kept drinking it even after I threw up). It was horrible. My OB made me take a 1 month leave and all I did was lie in bed. I wasn't even sleeping or doing anything - just lying in bed with my eyes closed waiting for the next time to throw up.

Strangely, this was the complete opposite with my pregnancy with my daughter. I had nausea with my daughter but not really morning sickness, if ever I threw up it was because I ate too much. I had really bad heartburn with my daughter though all throughout the pregnancy. With the current pregnancy (a boy this time) no heartburn - I've been feeling great since my HG subsided.
