Sa wakas. :) I did not throw up for 3 consecutive days now. I'm now on my 19th week pala, so yes, up until the start of my 19th week, I was experiencing morning sickness.

I know na to avoid sweet stuff. Baby doesn't like it. Also maasim. So avoid lang.

Saka small frequent feeding.

i'm going on my 8th week. so far, so good. i threw up a couple of times last week but that was because i have a lower threshold for food. parang di ako pwede masyado mabusog. when i feel full, i wanna hurl. so now, i just eat constantly. a couple of bites here and there. so far naman, no violent reactions so yay!

grabe din 'whole day' sickness ko when i was pregnant.
since month 1 up until 4 months pahinga lang ng suka pag papatulog na.
then until panganak, ayoko sa amoy ng manok. dun sa tinirahan ko papunta at
pauwi from work, may madadaanan ako na mang inasal at b-b-qhan, dusa talaga ako sa amoy.

@princess mia ganyan din saken ayaw ni baby ng sweet stuffs up until 20 weeks. kasi at 20weeks, ang liit ng tummy ko kaya napilitan ako kumain ng konting sweets. inincorporate ko sa way of eating ko small bites of desserts here and there. pero since the start, talagang nasusuya ako sa sweets. hindi sya instant na nathrothrowup ako. magcreep up na lang yung feeling na parang super nauseated because of the sugar. kaya i learned early on- no to sweets because super regret ko feeling after. tapos minsan cashew nuts na lang pinapalit ko pag ayaw ko talaga ng sweets. healthy snack naman kasuy eh masarap pa. ngayon, mga 3 times a week, i can eat a small small bowl of champorado. wag lang malaki dahil heartburn katapat nun hehe.

with meat naman, di ako nahihilo after pero di ko talaga type yung amoy lasa and pati maimagine ko pa lang tinola hehe no thank you! stuck ako sa seafood at veggies up until a little over 20 weeks. parang ang meat lang na nakain ko nun is corned beef at beef misono. i wanted sana super medium rare na slab ng steak kasi pag kumain talaga ako ng steak, gusto ko bloody loob eh. pag hindi pink, ay ayoko na. tapos kelangan at least inch thick pagkaluto. eh bawal naman medium rare, so no steaks ako. and ayaw ko ng chicken at pork either. pero now, 22 weeks na ko and im more open to all kinds of foods. nagpaluto nga ako ng sinigang na baka sa bayabas  ;D  sarap sarap!

Hi Sisses! I'm joining the club. I'm on my 6th-7th week. Grabe morning (all day) sickness ko. It started on my 4th week yata then it stopped for awhile (meaning minsan nalang yung vomit and di na nahihilo the whole day) and bumalik nanaman sha wednesday of last week. I cant eat. I seriously have no appetite. if i eat something that I dont crave for, vomit. tapos if kinecrave ko naman, tikim lang. if i try to finish it, naku, vomit machine na. candy sometimes help pero pag natunaw na yung candy, OMG, ayan nanaman. naduduwal or vomit talaga. i feel nauseous now, i want to vomit kaso kakatapos lang (overshare). minsan kaya ko sha pigilan, minsan hinde. pero parang i'm not losing weight naman, feeling ko nga naggegain pa rin ako. Oh and I noticed pala, after craving for something, di na sha nauulit and ayoko ng kainin ulet yung food na yun. di ko na rin ma-take kahet tikman yung food na yun. And sometimes, maamoy ko lang sha, parang mavovomit ako. Pero its ok since this is all for the baby (though at times, gusto ko ng matapos talaga). Oh well, these too shall pass!!! Good luck to all of us!!

Joining.

Im on my 9th week and I thought I was gonna die with the pain of this first trimester. I can't really identify the pain physically but all I know is for the whole month of May, I did not do anything productive. Married for 2 years but we agreed not to have a baby this year because of the wedding invites and business ventures. After our trip to Zambales last summer napansin ko na ang dali kong mapagod at nung kumain kami sa LukFoo HotPot naduduwal na ko sa amoy ng seafoods. I took the pt pero confident ako na negative sya kasi lagi na man kaming may protection kaya nung nagpositive medyo nadepressed ako. Hindi ko nga alam kung sasabihin ko kay hubby na positive or magtatake ako ng med for my menstrual period to come. I chose to tell hubby and he was so excited but inside of me, i was unhappy. I felt this so-called "all day sickness" a week after the positive pt. All I want is my mom's home-cooked meals kaya every weekends pumupunta sya ng manila. I can't even go outside! Kahit sa ministop lang ako pumunta, kapag nakakita ako ng food na ayoko kainin, naduduwal na ko. Everyday I feel so sick in the morning, nanghihina, nahihilo, hearburn, actual vomiting right after eating. What irritates me the most now is this bitter saliva...ni hindi ako makapagsalita. When it is time to sleep, I can't even sleep because I need to spit it out every 2 minutes. There was a time when I told my husband "why can't it just grow without this pain? the labor is painful but why do i have to experience this pain now?".....I was selfish but now Im starting to look on the positive side of things. I just wanted to take my ice-cold iced tea to relieve this pain for awhile.

I never experienced morning sickness when I was pregnant. Nung first check up ko sa OB ko she gave me the list of Pregnancy DO's and DOnts. Sinunod ko naman lahat yun. Sabi kasi niya the reason why nasusuka yung mga buntis is because kumakain parin sila ng oily food/s kahit bawal.

sana hindi ko maexperience to or kung maexperience ko ito, sana hindi malala. i just found out that am preggy this day through a pregnancy kit. hirap pa naman kasi am still flying and next month ko pa balak magleave. i have a co-FA nun na sobrang nahihilo siya sa flight plus sumusuka nga siya na walang laman parang puro saliva lang and wala pa siyang ganang kumain. and natakot tuloy ako. :(

I'm 9 weeks and I'm soooo tired of feeling nauseous 24/7.

I used to love chocolate and sweets, now, just the smell of chocolate turns me off and sweets throw my world in turns as though I just got off a roller coaster! I can't stand any strong food scents and the smell of pork cooking is enough to send me running to the toilet. My "safe" food are plain white rice w/ knorr seasoning or toasted whole wheat bread w/o any topping. Anything else, I may enjoy while eating but then the taste lingers in my mouth for hours after, even when I brush my teeth and gargle with mouthwash.

I also found that I can't eat a "full meal", everytime I eat to the point of feeling full, I end up losing my meal an hour later. So now, I only eat til I'm about half full.

Some days are better than others, there have been some days where I literally can't get out of bed due to dizziness and nausea. I have to work pa and getting up and getting ready for work tires me out already. I used to enjoy dressing up everyday, now I pull on the basic minimum and drag myself out the door. I used to be a mallrat, but with my all day sickness and random triggers I haven't been to the mall since I tested positive. I'm worried I might puke or pass out in the middle of the mall!

I'm really hoping that this will only last the first trimester, though I've read that for some women, this lasts all throughout the pregnancy. If that happens to me, I told my husband that this will be an only child.  ;D

I dont think this applies to everyone. Super NO no ako sa oily/fatty foods but still grabe ang moring sickness ko which i did not experienced sa panganay ko. You're lucky sis kiz_me, namiss ko tuloy yung feeling ko nung 1st pregnancy ko as in pure pregnancy bliss...  :) :-[ ;)

For those who are suffering from heartburn like me may mga tips akong nabasa just want to share:
•Eat less at each meal and have six meals a day instead of three.
•Chew your food adequately and eat slowly.
•Drink liquids before and after your meals and not with them.
•For heavens sake stay away from fatty and greasy foods which will only make the problem worse.
•Stay away from fizzy drinks, citrus juices and spicy meals.
•Do not eat before going to bed.
•Raise the head of your bed or prop yourself up with pillows which will help minimize heartburn.
•Consider liquid antacids… they work much better than the tablet forms

sis true... siguro may connection na kaagad kahit ako 8 weeks pa lang. i commute kasi plus we do events kasi WC din kami. so far eh paminsan minsan lang ako mag throw up pag lang mali ang combination ng food ko plus i have GERD / heartburn before i got pregnant so i guess, i know pretty well paano i-handle. :)
