^ problem na talaga ng yakimix ang sobrang habang pila, sana maisipan nila magexpand soon, pag nasa waiting list rin, you have to be there once they call you, pag wala ka, theyre going to pass the slot to the person next in line.

   actually the dessert naman is just complimentary, its the main course naman that we pay for kaya i dont mind (and wont consider it jologs) na they offer a Filipino brand ng ice cream for dessert, its just there to cleanse the palate anyway and people dont go there naman just to eat dessert. so its quite understandable..

   about saisaki naman, i think nga they offer the freshest selection ng food since malakas talaga kumita ang buffet nila, meaning they replenish their stocks more often (IMO lang naman ha) if ever naman sis sumakit tummy mo baka hindi ka lang din natutunawan, the doctor couldnt possibly tell you outright na "the food you ate is not fresh" unless youve undergone a lab test and shown bacterial traces there, my cousin suffers the same thing each time nagbubuffet kami, or minsan sobrang gulo ng combination ng food.

^ desserts kasi talaga ang hilig ko...I can afford not to eat main course basta masarap ang desserts ...sobrang sweet tooth lang siguro ako. Regarding Saisaki siguro may times lang na hindi ganun ka fresh talaga kasi minsan ok naman eh and yung mga friends ko na maselan sa seafood sabi rin nila hindi fresh sa saisaki...maarte lang siguro mga tummy namin.

^ yepp nothing special, yun nga lang, pinoys are hearty eaters and bonding para satin when we eat together, fun din kasi the luto luto thing tapos unlimited pa haha! but if i crave for real japanese food, id rather have buffet at saisaki, or dine at a better japanese resto somewhere else.. medyo di rin kasi masarap yung ibang pre-cooked ulam nila, some are too sweet, some are not really yummy talaga hehe!

agree! medyo mabagal pa sila mag-refill and we would even call their attention kaya thumbs down...

finally got to dine at yakiMIX (greenbelt 3) yesterday. okay naman ang food, nakarami ako ng scallops. the place is spacious enough. nakakainis lang kasi pinagbawalan akong mag-take ng photos, eh samantalang nagkalat na nga ang photos nila sa mga blogs. hmp!

sarap dito! our project had dinner here and the food was exceptional. Tsaka daming varieties. They don't only have japanese foods pero meron din clang american and even filipino dishes. Mejo pricey nga lang pero worth it naman [textspeak!] amount. Kasi mabubusog ka talaga.

nagsambo kami ni hubby yesterday at namiss ko ang yakimix. mas love ko pa rin ang yakimix, di kasi ako masyado partial to the food. saka mas maraming food sa yakimix hehe.... balik yakimix na kami next time!

Any feedback sa branch nila sa podium?

Medyo konti choices sa podium branch compared to the one in MOA. Even the desserts, konti lang (I didn't mind naman kase di din naman masarap desserts nila.) Kinukuha ko lang for dessert is ice cream, tapos minsan yung cakes nila from Goldilocks. When we were there, luma na yung cake na ni-serve nila. As in one bite pa lang, alam mo na agad na matagal na yung cake. yuck!

this resto is ok for me for the first 3 trips that we have. Pero hindi ko na ulit ginustong bumalik kasi hindi sila nagbabago ng menu nila.....tatagalan ko pa bago ako bumalik dun....mga 1 year pa after. hehe.baka may baguhin naman sila or idagdag sa buffet table nila

Pero sulit pa din ba sis? I've never tried Yakimix kasi ang layo for me, but the Podium branch is kinda near, pero didn't know na mas konti pala yung choices..

^for me sis, mas ok sa tongyang. cheaper pa during weekdays.

Ah ok, na try ko na kasi tongyang. will still try yakimix, nag open na yata dito sa SM Masinag.

I prefer Yakimix than Tongyang. More variety sa Yakimix kaso salty yung ibang timpla kaya I only take very small portions then tikim muna.
