Hi mga sis, hndi na nwalan ng ubo [textspeak!] eldest ko, nag pacheck up sa pedia and ang sabi may pnemonia na nakumpleto nman namin [textspeak!] binigay na gamot ambroxol and cefalexin mdyo nabawasan [textspeak!] ubo nya pero paubo ubo parin minsan, [textspeak!] bunso ko nman hndi rin nawawalan ng sipon

any suggestion kung ano ang mabisang gamot sa ubo't sipon??

^I give 1 teaspoon of honey everyday sa son ko.

Before halos palagi sya may ubo then we discovered na asthmatic sya. His pulmo-pedia gave him seretide as maintenance pero kawawa sya everytime nagbe-baby haler. May nagsabi na effective nga yun honey and true enough, since then seldom nalang sya ubuhin unless of course natuyuan ng pawis sa likod sa school or kumain ng sobrang sweets.

Sa colds naman I only give vitamin C. I double the dose pag may sipon and lots of water. As much as possible, ayoko umiinom ng gamot ang kids ko especially antibiotics. Prevention is better than cure talaga.

^i also agree with honey.. this had been effective for us.. though pag meron ubo, we give him Chestal Cough Syrup with Honey.

haaay, kawawa talaga. gawin ko nga yung Honey, tapos every Sunday nagpupunta talaga kami sa may PICC para naman mapaarawan sa tabi ng dagat.

^sis sa SG kami based. Pinapaship ko items sa ate ko sa US kasi free shipping ang amazon within US.. I prefer to give my son chestal cough kasi it combines homeopathic medicines traditionally used.

try nyo sis roselle juice ewan ko lang kung me bilihan malapit s location nyo. meron kasi dito sa antipolo at s taytay rizal. herbal juice ito safe ipainom s mga bata even baby pa lang. eto nakaalis sa hika ng niece ko. tas nakawala naman ng ubo at palagiang sipon ng apo ng ate ko.

yesterday i went to an Organic Store. yung Chinese na may-ari ang nandun (here in SG).. she explained the benefits of honey (pero note that this is good for children above 1yr). Honey can resolve sore throats and cough. Pero apart from that, it boosts your child's immune system. I will let my son take half a teaspoon of honey everyday (we started yesterday). He's now 2yrs 3months.

joyce09, sis ours is raw honey.. hindi sya liquified form tulad ng usual honey na makikita natin sa mga restos.. tinutunaw ko muna honey sa warm water then saka inumin ni baby..

ewan ko lang kung may pure na mabibili sa supermarket na try ko na bumili once nakalimutan ko brand name but US made hindi siya pure and raw processed na siya. luckilly, meron nabibili dito sa province. try mo sis sa mga palengke kung meron
