I'm not from CVG but my husband used to work there. Ang retirement computation nila is basic pay x years of service (minimum 5 years to qualify).

My friend's husband also used to work at CVG as a Process Trainer. He was there for 10.5 years. He got a little over than 400k. Maybe yung 1m na sinasabe are big bosses na 100k and up ang sweldo. Possible na umabot or mag-exceed ng 1M yon.

Balak ko mag-apply sa Transcom. First job ko to if ever. I chose transcom kasi dun lang ako pasok sa requirements. 19 y.o pa lang ako, 2 sems pa lang natatake ko (tri-sem pa) and I can speak fluent english naman. Okay ba sa transcom?

Hi sisses. anyone here from Laguna? balak ko sanang magapply sa BPO na malapit lapit lang. siguro sa Alabang area. like some who posted, i like to have non-voice, day shift. i have no experience in BPO industry pero I opt to try because of the rate, benefits and perks. tumal ng career growth sa field ko. need to raise fund din because I want to enroll for my masters degree.

hi po! im new here, just wanted to ask lang po kung may possibity po ako na ma ban from applying again sa sykes since i passed the hiring process, i was about to sign the contract at 3 pm last monday but then decided to back down on the last min kase nag 2 isip po ako sa place which is shaw mandaluyong, and it has night shift, compared po sa offer sakin ng Teleperformance na all dayshift for an airline acct. long story short po umalis po ako ng recruitment hub without talking to HR people kase i was so hungry na po that time, no breakfast pa po and everything at inabot na po ako ng 5pm kakaintay sa job offer. so ayun.. im kicking myself right now for doing so, feeling ko po naging napaka rude ko.
