hi sis! so far, Sitel yung nakikita kong hiring ng non voice account  lately. igoogle mo lang :"dayshift non voice account at sitel." i just dunno if weekends off. good luck & GOD bless your job hunting!

Hello mga sis! Wala akong top 10 na call center companies kasi isa pa lang ang napapasukan ko... Convergys! I've been with them for 6.5 years na and I'm very happy with them. Pwede na nga ako mag-retire dahil sa early retirement. 

Meron din kami non-voice and dayshift accounts. I will let you know pag hiring kami for those accounts.

I'm a recent grad po IT course and nakapag work na rin me as Software Developer for almost a year rin po but then I want to pursue a Call Center Career po sana because of its salary[need lang talaga] and I know that I have a passion for helping other people on their diff problems. What company could you guys recommend for my first call center job po? I can communicate in English but my confident still not reach to the highest level po salamat po.

^just wondering, in general, hindi ba better paid ang IT professionals vs call center agents? if not ok yung compensation sa current company mo maybe you can try applying sa other IT companies muna before moving to the call center industry.

madugo ang at&t eh. I was with AT&T Uverse dati, super agent ang datingan dun. Tech Support + Customer Service + Sales + Billing dun. Not sure about receivable management. And yes nagtatanggalan talaga sa training pa lang.
