Sino po ang may gusto ng non voice account? I just got hired last Wednesday for a non voice account. And the offer is great para sa katulad kong may 1 month experience lang sa call center.

Wala pong calls, walang sales and walang quota...

Salaries: If fresh grad and no call center experience- P14,500 plus 3K allowance
              If may konting experience - P18K plus 3K allowance
              If more than 1 year experience - P20K plus 3K allowance

High paying than any non voice accounts!

I mean iba yung mga process ng interviews at job exams mo at kahit bumagsak ka ay may consideration pa din?.. nag tataka kasi ako sa kasama ko lage niya sinasabe na ni refer siya . kaya daw  hindi niya na need i review yung mga interview questions such as what do you know in this company?.

Depende siguro sis. If may backer sa HR and referrer mo, siguromalaki ang chance na maconsider ka

@choby tisay usually referrals matter if you are applying for non-agent positions, applicants for agent positions normally go through the normal recruitment process. However if your referral is from the account that is hiring it can increase your chance of getting hired if your referral puts in a good word for you to the operations interviewer since they will have a say in the hiring decision.

you can check the fx/van terminal in riverbanks. ask if they will pass by kalayaan then you can see chase from there. alight in the last stoplight before reaching edsa then just cross the street. my bf can refer you if you want.
