Main thing is not to let tap water touch your face.  Actually triny ko na yan dati kaso ang hirap hehe kasi pag sa shower di talaga maiwasan tamaan/tumulo yung tubig sa face ko.  Pinag-iisipan ko magpa-install ng Aquasana filter kasi pag meron daw nun, keri ng tamaan ng tubig face natin.  Though try ko ulit na kahit wala pang filter and see how it goes.  Update ako dito.

The Micellar lotion is okay for removing makeup. 

Re that routine above, I used to do that every morning with the Thermal Spray then I switched to tap water. Pareho lang naman. I think it was the SKII and the Clarins that made all the difference to her skin. My skin is not sensitive however so this spray may be useless for me. Instead of using those hand sanitiser na mataas ang alcohol content and extremely drying to my skin, Thermal Spray na lang ginagamit ko.
