Hello everyone, We were able to try Universal Cleaners Cleaning Services few months ago. They are based in Taguig.  Ok naman yun cleaning service and we were satisfied naman.  We availed their general  cleaning service and we were charged 3200.00 for cleaning our 55sqm condo. They did bed frame cleaning also and decluttering and organizing things. There were two people who came to clean our condo. They arrived at 8am and finished at 3pm.  Rate nila varies depending on the size of the condo or house and also depends if how many cleaners ang irerequest niyo.  They also bring pala complete cleaning materials na.

i availed of the cleaning services of Fix Express, mura lang, around P650 for a 25swm studio unit. maganda naman sila maglinis. pati walls ay pinupunasan at pati kisame ay winawalis. kasama na rin CR cleaning dun. pero di kasama yung cleaning ng gas range, pero it's an optional add-on. pero i didn't avail of it kasi di ko naman ginagamit yung gas range.

pricey din ang universal. don't you think it's much better kung kumontrata ng magaling na HH who is on day off then pay her let's say P500 for a day of service especially condo units lang ang lilinisin. sana dumami pa ang cleaning services na ganito in the long run para maging competitive ang prices nila. i wonder how much they charge for a townhouse or a single-detached house.

this is so sulit for me.  sobrang yaman lang ang may live-in help dito kaya i give myself this luxury.  every two weeks ang schedule nila and on my Mondays off kaya i'm here at the house, no need to give them a separate access as I just let them in myself. 
bathrooms, kitchen, floors and all dusting.  if i ask to get the fridge cleaned,  i just give them a separate tip.  they bring their own supply and vacuum.
our house naman doesn't really get that dirty since only 3 adults lang kami.  and we clean up the countertop, cooktop each time we cook and use the dishwasher.  and i'm OC when it comes to putting away stuff.
so this arrangement really works for us.

uhm, Mary and C House Cleaning Service ang name ng business, recommended ng neighbor across the street.  bale husband and wife team sila, Mexicans.
talagang ang best recommendation ay word of mouth from the people you know.

i've seen the 'Merry Maids' doing another house in our tract.

iS this info for you or for somebody you know here in Cali?   kasi medyo may kalayuan kami sa inyo, i don't think they'll drive that far, LOL

Ang mahal ng quote sa akin ng Merry Maids for a 200sqm floor area house. Nasa 16.5K! Para na ako nagpasweldo ng 2 maids for one month.
