Magbabakasakali ako sa thread na ito 

I have a 1BR unit in Avida Centera (yung katabi ng EDSA, between Shaw and Boni). It was turned over last Feb 2016. I got this during pre-selling back in Oct 2011. Single pa ako nun kaya 1BR lang kinuha ko that time.

But now that I have a family, hindi na enough yung 1BR. I got a pre-selling unit from DMCI naman but I leased the unit in Avida. may nagrerent na now ng unit for 15k/month. Eventually, we will not be residing in Avida anyway, so I am putting it up for sale din.

Selling my unit (w/ income for now) in Tower 1, facing amenities. If anyone here is interested, let me know. thank you!

We are so dissapointed sa Avida but this is way back 2015  pa, they launched cloverleaf in UAE and we reserved and paid on the spot for the DP, then submitted all the signed documents but when we are waiting for them to deduct the monthly, sabe ng agent nagka problema sa system at nag double booking daw, grabe ang stress namin after ilang months pa yun. Puro sorry lang then the refund took almost 9 months para ireturn samin, given na every week ata ako nagsesend ng email sa kanila.
