sis hindi ko masyadong type ang work ng Avida hindi pulido ang gawa and kapag may angal ka wala kang makakausap. Bad service in short. Buti na lang yung unit ko may nag rent kaagad. Pero it's your decision pa rin if you want to get one.

sis yun napansin ko with avida.. mas mabilis marent out yung mga units dun.. kasi pangalan palang.. my track record na sa mga gsto mag rent and mas madaming positive feedbacks from the unit owners

we purchased lot sa avida settings sa cavite. tapos we saw nuvali. dapat we would get a smaller lot na lang sa settings cavite then another one sa nuvali, but then again super bagal ng after sales nila that we ended up frustrated so we just stick to the original lot.

we are now thinking of selling out the lot na nga eh. around 273sq mts siya, sa likod lang nung puno ng mangga na mini park.

^yun nga sis eh, saka maganda ang value over time kapag avida/ayala kaya hindi pa rin kame makapagdecide. until now in between pa rin kame. dadating na kasi si baby kaya minsan parang naisip namin na sana mas maliit na lot na lang kinuha namin.

add to it na we're renovating another house kaya talagang gastos. what more pa kaya if magpapatayo na kame, hahaha!

i agree -- di pulido ang gawa and they do not honor the one-year warranty nila.

I'm thinking that maybe your agent managed a tie-up with one of the loan officers because our housing loan is with PS Bank. Though both banks are accredited with Avida (thus no need to appraise the property), we chose PS Bank because BPI (not the Family one) would not waive the appraisal fee. We were thinking sayang rin yung Php 3000+.

Also, I don't know of any bank that will not make out to anyone for as long as all the requirements are met. Banks do loans for properties that they are not accredited with (e.g. existing individual houses and lots with no developer tie-up), the only difference is that they will have to do an appraisal.

Anybody else having trouble contacting the site engineer in Avida Settings Cavite. I emailed him our draft floor plan and asked him when he will be available on site to assist us personally. He never replies back. My officemate who also bought a lot there also said that whenever they visit the site. Engr. Frolan Carandang is never around. This is getting so frustrating.
