Hi! We just bought a lot at Avida settings, and we do have our own contractors who will build our house. I think it's also possible to buy just the lot at Estates...

Hi Ok ba yung contractors na nakuha niyo? Lot din lang kasi binili namin. Saan kayo nagpagawa ng house plans? at magkano inabot. TIA

i'm interested din with nuvali. parang ang ganda kase ng environment. would you know girls if they sell lot areas only? yun ikaw na bahala sa pag-build ng house mo at hindi pare-pareho?

I dont know kung may sumagot na sa question mo... bumili kami ng 130sqm lot only sa avida settings sa  nuvali , laguna. 5yrs to pay.

Sis chizmax hay sis sinabi mo pa... Sobrang excited na kami pareho ni hubby 2 kasi ang nagpapaexcite sa amin yung baby namn which due date ko 1st week ng nov.. At etO nga bahay namin hehe!!! Ang nabili namin house 193sqm... Hope we can meet soon.

Bakit ganun, sabi ng agent namin matagal daw bago irelease ng AVida yung TCT. E di ba requirement yun sa mga bangko kapag ng housing loan ka? o tamad lang talaga magasikaso yung agent namin.

Sis chizmax ano TCT? Landtitle ba to? Sa amin kasi hiningi sa amin yung landtitle at official computation.. Yung landtitle irequest mo sa agent dapat mabigyan ka nya meron ka tlaga kopya nun ako nga inaway ko pa yung agent namin magsend pa daw ako ng request sa avida. Sinagot ko kaya sya kaya nga kaw ang agent ko kaya sau ako  nagrequest.kaw magrequest dun sa avida... Ginawa naman nya.. Naibigay naman yung landtitle namin kinabukasan.. Alam mo sis pukpukin mo yang agent mo kasi yung sa amin [textspeak!] inaaway ko.. Nagagalit na nga mister kasi lalo daw mawawalan ng gana sa amin kapag inaaway ko daw.. Nakakainis naman kasi napakabait nya nung time ng reservation pero after nun nwala na yung pagkabait dami pang kapalpakan ginawa.. At isa pa dun di man lang kamo inaupdate nung status nung bahay.. Kaya kami na mismo kumikilos kasi kung aasa kami sa kanya walang mangyayri tlaga..

sis yung broker alam ko ang dapat na nagaasikaso niyan. what bank kb magloan? let the bank ask the requirements from them dahil mamumuti ang buhok mo kapag ikaw ang mag asikaso.

Sisses snowyice at jhalimcuando, nag request na ako dun sa agent namin, sabi nya matagal daw talaga irelease yun pero ni request na niya. sige nga sasabihin ko dun bat yung iba saglit lang nakuha na nila. I'll try to tell BPI to also request that from Avida. BTW BPI at PSbank pinagpipilian ko for the housing loan

Our unit was turned over today.  Okay naman siya I hope may magrent na kaagad dahil sayang ang araw.

Napanood niyo ba yung episode ng Pepito Manaloto kagabi? Tungkol sa house construction yung episode at sa Cavite Settings yung scene nung pinatatayo nilang bahay.

When we were looking for an apartment last year we considered Avida along Santolan. Units were nice naman and close to my office. Downsides were there wasn't enough parking slots and units were very very bare - as in no counters/cabinets, etc. You would have to spend a lot to build up the apartment to make it livable.

Nag down payment na kami today for a Lot sa Avida Settings Cavite. Sana maayos lahat. Next move is to look for a bank to give us a housing loan. Any recommendations? Si Avida kasi SOP ata na sa RCBC finafile yung loan for requirements pero hindi naman daw sure na dun na kukuha ng loan. Hindi ko din alam rate ng RCBC.

Hi, dun sa mga bumili ng house and lot sa ASCA binigyan ba kayo ng blueprint ng house niyo? di kasi ako binigyan kasi lot lang daw ang kinuha ko. Maganda sana yun para may idea na yung gagawa ng house plan db? Nung pumunta kasi ako dun sabi bibigyan ako ng CD format pero nung nag follow up na ako hindi na daw ako bibigyan kasi nga lot lang kinuha ko.

hi mga sisses! ask ko lang po kung may idea po kayo kung pumapayag ang avida settings sa nuvali (sta. rosa) na mag allow ang property owner na perentahan ang h/l na nabili namin (under bank financing pa sha). i heard kasi ok daw magpa rent dun esp sa mga expats ng may family dun. since wer here abroad pa naman tamang tama to have it for lease since wala pa namang titira. question lang if pwede ba un?

if so, may idea po ba kayo around how much monthly rent ng THEA 4BR, 2BR? TIA po:)

nung kinuha niyo ba yung psbank as your bank to process your housing loan pinagbayad pa ba kayo ng proceesing fee dahil rcbc yung tunmanggap ng booking account account nyo? Hinihingan kasi kami dahil hindi daw namin kinuha yung sa rcbc?

^Sorry but just to confirm, you're being charged a processing fee by RCBC? I don't think it's SOP for Avida that your loan should be with RCBC considering that Ayala has their own bank (BPI). 

But even then, we went with PS Bank as they had better terms (such as no penalty fee if you decide to make advance payments - with BPI you can only pre-pay once a year on your anniversary date otherwise they'll charge a fee while with PS Bank, you can pre-pay quarterly without being fined).

^my loan is with BPI and we can make advance payment without charges basta atleast 6minths of minimum payment
