We have a house sa Avida Sta. Catalina naman, just in front of Avida Settings. Di pa namin natitirhan for 2 or 3 years although na-turn over na yung house sa amin. Should I be worried?

Kasi kinukulit na kami ng mga in laws tsaka parents namin dun sa house, eh di pa talaga namin kayang magpagawa at mag move in since ang layo ko, our work is in QC.

I am keen on Avida Estates din, pero is it possible to get just the lot? I'd want to design our house kasi according to how we live.

we have unit sa AVIDA new manila.. well..ok sya kasi accessible sa lahat.. i mean nakacenter siya so malapet na kung san ka pupunta..most especially sa edsa at ortigas...

Hi! We just bought a lot at Avida settings, and we do have our own contractors who will build our house. I think it's also possible to buy just the lot at Estates...

sabi nung agent namin you can buy just the lot but when you build your own house you can only use the models set by avida plus abide by their rules and alam ko may list sila nang contractors na pwede mo ihire

we bought a studio unit in avida sucat. its called aeropolis before. turn over will be this march but our agent havent provide the details yet. we went there once to see the model unit and its just plain and simple. its up to the owners how to define it. we are planning to use it for rental. sana mag click!

^^ok lang I suppose to have the models like theirs pero sa external design lang ng house, kung pwede sana kami mag-design ng loob, that's what I'd prefer kasi yun yung importante for me.

^ That's true. As per our sales person, we should follow the external appearance of their house models, but we could change it a bit. Submit lang ng proposal before construction of the house para ma approve din nila. Some houses there have balconies, extended parking areas, etc. And yung internal ng house, kami na daw bahala mag design.

About sa list of contractors, parang walang nabanggit yung sales samin.  Maybe I should confirm with him.

i'm planning to get one pa naman sana sa Amaia Scapes, Laguna.  Ang ganda kasi ng facade, very modern. I thought ok siya since Ayala, hindi pa din pala. Sa dami naman kasi ng developers hindi mo na alam kung sino pinaka-ok at hindi sinungaling.
