Meron na ba nakatry sa Kosmea Facial and Wellness center? They have a promo sa buyanihan, 1250 lang for mesocav. Medyo malayo sa kin pero kung compared sa ibang center parang sulit pa rin kasi meron pa cavitation.

i called up kosmea, they only do 20 shots per session. with dr. waltenspiel, it's 50 shots. lugi yata kay kosmea sa shots? well may be that's how it is kasi voucher lang?

i have an appointment tom sa j. waltenspiel. After reading good feedbacks, I've decided to try it. My problem is the puson area. Sana talaga effective. Mejo pricey na siya e. Haha. Pero i hope it works. Pano kaya pag sa arms? Ano kayang magandang treatment sa j waltenspiel?

been to j waltenspiel.. super late na ko nakauwi. haha. next time, papasched ako maaga.

anyway, i had 50 injections ng meso before cav. I lost 5 cms.

and kitang kita ko naman yung effect, cause ang ginawa.. yung half side muna so makikita ko kung lumiit nga or hindi. and promise. lumiit nga yung kabila. unlike sa cavitation ko before sa ibang derma, nabugbog lang ata yung tiyan ko e! haha. anyway, i like their machine...

sana may ganung machine sa ibang clinic.

Sis anong tawag sa treatment mo. Kasi balak ko magpaschedule sa kanila pero di ko alam kung anong procedure dapat. May injections? Anong tawag dun? Saka how much? Thanks!

^^it depends on your body structure sis. and how well your body fats may be able to absorb/synthesize the cocktail of meds injected to your prob area. i'm into my third session yet there's no visible reduction with my puson to date, except for 10 cm that my attendant says I've lost so far since my first session. guess i still have a long way to go.

^nah, 10 cm is way off. i'm hoping weight loss will be significant since 3 sessions comprise 6 weeks, 2-week interval per meso session. i'm regularly brisk-walking and i'm already very careful with my diet (reduced carbs and protein) yet my puson still looks bloated. no time nga lang for cardio workouts but then i don't also sit immediately naman after every meal. may be it's just me but i'm getting frustrated na. parang i want to continue taking pretty model pills since i've experienced 4 lbs loss in 3 days way back. haaay!

h sis.. puson area din un pinapameso ko. i thnk simula nung tinigil ko [textspeak!] contraceptive pills, lumiit sia, saka, less salt. promise! para kasing pnghalo na fats and water retention siya e.

^yup sis feeling ko nga water retention and salt lang tong bulge ng puson ko. i'm not fat naman e kasi nasa ideal weight pa ako for my height. every session, ihi ako ng ihi. frustrating nga lang talaga sis.

Yun 50 injections in one session, one time thing lang yun? Or kailangan din ng follow-up sessions na more injections of the meso cocktail? What happens to the skin ng pinagliitan? Is it loose na?

I've been wanting to try this since my college days pa...kaso lang natatakot ako kasi nga parang marami din horror stories kang maririnig.

ambilis din bumalik sakin yung nalose kong fat sa tummy area.

5 sessions sakin, from 32.5 naging 30 inches. pero kasama na diyan yung exercise, gym at sports ha.

heto after 1 year, back to zero haha.
