  how about gyms that has pool... i have week knees... dont want to overdo treadmill... masama sa knees, though mild ACl lang.. i rather swim... meron bang malapit na gymn na may pool sa makati area?   near greenbelt to legazpi village?

Sis, refer nyo naman ako sa gold's gym na tig 1500. Hahaha. 3 mos lang need ko. Dati ako sa plana forma maganda dun kaso masyado expensive. Gusto ko naman try ang gym.

sis wala na ito.  I remember checking  out this gym a long time ago (10 yrs up?).  Pero nung nauso Fitness First, nawala na Fitness International

^Yeah. Thanks sis. I went to Gold's Gym Glorietta and they gave me a good deal - P13,500 for one year, payable in 6months via cc. So that's P1,125 per month.

^sis, that's a very good deal!  I'm so tempted to enroll in Gold's because of their rates.  But too far for me - I'm between Robinson's Summit and RCBC.  So Fitness First talaga malapit, but the rates are so expensive!

May mga classes din ba sa Gold's?  I prefer classes kasi than working out with machines

Member ako dati ng Fitness First, passport membership ako. If I remember it right, nagaacept naman sila ng daily rates if you want to go to the gym na hindi ka member.  Sa fitness first, they will charge Php 500 a day. I don't know kung how much yan ngayon?

Hello Share k lang yung LASEMA GYM. yung sa loob mismo ng spa may gym pala dun. ok naman yung equipments and its open 24hours. nalaman ko lang to sa Ensogo. yung gold's membership ko kasi march 1 pa. i bought this deal sa  lasema and na visit ko na rin yung gym. ok naman. so while waiting for march 1 yung Groupon Gold's voucher muna use ko from January8-February7 tapos February 8- February 28 yung sa lasema gym naman tapos march 1 onwards balik na sa gold's gym.

LAsema gym, yung deal is 1499 for one month gym use and sauna use. yung daily rate nila is Php350. yung sa groupon naman na 1month gym access to Glorietta is 1485php

They have Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly rates.

yes, FTX is good! madami sila classes like Circuit, Pink Mash up. Yoga, etc. I like this gym. Mababait trainers.
