I don't know if this is the right thread to post this. I can't even track down if i met him in this forum since we also have male members here, or i met him in entrep or other forum pa.

Anyway, this guy inquired regarding my ladies rtw. He claims that he is davao-based now but is currently in his house in greenhills. So he drop by our place to look at my items. He looks okay, mukhang businessman, okay kausap, he looks well-off sa porma, sa pagsasalita, sa kotse. So umorder siya and he told me he'll return ng Saturday to pay for the items, pero yung items papaship out sa address niya sa davao since he will be returning in davao that weekend din.

Unfortunately, that same week my son was admitted to the hospital  so hindi ko siya napapunta sa bahay. So we agreed na idedeposit na lang niya yung payment. Monday came and he texted me okay na daw payment so naship out ko item. My fault really kasi very trusting ako and i havent scammed online pa, so i ship out the items. In between my trips to the house and hospital, inaayos ko shipping kasi sabi niya need niya that week. When my son got discharged from the hospital, thats the time i checked my account and sadly, walang deposit siyang ginawa. So tinawagan ko siya, nagkaproblem daw, aayusin daw niya. Hindi ko na napahold ang delivery kasi nadeliver na sa kanya. Friday came, nagpadeposit siya, cheke. So akala ko okay na. A week after, tinawagan ako ng bank ko, tumalbog ang cheke, insufficient fund. Tinawagan ko siya, nagkaproblema daw, nastroke brother niya. Aayusin daw within this week. Til now wala pa din. Tinatatwagan, text and email ko siya walang reply. Ring lang ng ring ang celphone niya. If hindi maayos ang payment within this week, baka mag file na lang ako ng case kasi nasa akin ang copy ng cheke na tumalbog.

If anybody knows this person or if someone by this name would like to enter into any business with you, please, please, huwag ninyo ng ituloy.

I would appreciate it if anybody here can help me get any of his contact details. I have his address in Davao and his celphone number na hindi naman niya sinasagot.

The amount involved is only small, P6,380. Pero ang mahirap lang tanggapin kasi na-scam ka ng isang tao na akala mo mapagkakatiwalaan. Besides, mahirap kitain even a single cent di ba. Napakawalang kunsensya lang talaga nitong taong ito.

^Report to the authorities sis.  Sayang din yan close to 7k.  You can even file estafa case you have the check as evidence.  Threaten him so that he may reconsider to settle the amount.  Disgusting to encounter this kind of person.

he texted me this morning. sabi niya he'll deposit within the day. told him in cash kasi pag cheke tatalbog na naman. basta ingat lang mga sisses. e n g o t lang ako kasi nagpadeliver ako without securing the payment first. he told me he is still looking for suppliers and other businesses na dadalhin sa davao so be careful lang. will update you about this. sana nga magdeposit

Make sure sis that you have the returned check in your possession. Keep it, you might need it in the future. Sana magbayad na yan.

If check was deposited as payment I really wait for it to clear before sending the items. Mahirap na. Prior to clearance we can't be certain if that amount is really ours. Hay scammers.

yes, i have the returned check. talagang tinatago ko.
its already past 3 pm. nag phone banking ako, walang pumasok na deposit sa account ko. no replies or advise from him. this is the nth time already. akala ko pa namann totoo na. kasi hindi ko naman siya tinext this morning. siya yung unang nagtext telling me na wait ko daw deposit niya within the day.

yung una reason niya 2 weeks ago, sabi niya nagkaproblem daw hindi naman sinabi what problem. 2nd, sabi ni nasa gen san siya to attend to some business. third naman, nagdeposit ng check tapos tumalbog. fourth naman, na stroke daw brother niya so this week daw siya magdedeposit kasi naubos daw pera sa hospital bills.

siguro next week may magtetext sa akin sasbihin dead na si alejandro lacson kaya hindi na makakapagdeposit. very creative, no. ano kayang next na alibi niya.

i already told him i have the check and considered na criminal case ang ginawa niya. ayaw pa ding matakot. next step is sending him a demand letter. if there is no action pa din, filing of the case na. sobrang hassle lang talaga pero persons like him should be taught a lesson in a hard way

Hindi ba cia pedeng ipa-blotter dun sa lugar na binigay nya sayo as address for shipping items? Baka gawain na talaga niya yan before pa eh, nakakapikon siya. Sanay na sanay na, at wala ng takot, kya he takes you lightly. Kung sabihin mo kaya sa kanyang, you have all the means to find him, by hook or by crook, tingnan natin kung hindi niya i-settle agad ang payments nya.

Kaya next time talaga, dapat i-check muna natin kung me pumasok sa account o wala. Ako nga nagpapasalamat at may internet banking na ngaun, i need not to go to the nearest atm to check it, online na lang.

Sobrang laki ng 6K para sa ganun lang, karma is a b***h, and it was chasing him right now.

I already sent my demand letter. Tapos nabalik na din sa akin ng post office yung return card proof na natanggap yung demand letter. It says there na dapat magdeposit siya within 15 days upon receipt. pero 1 month na hindi pa din nagparamdam. Nagrerequest na lang muna ko ng copy ng waybill sa courier, proof na nareceive niya goods. Kelangan kasi yun as attachment pag nag file ng case. Then pag nakasecure na ko ng copy, file na lang ako sa small claims court na malapit sa akin. Mabilis lang daw yung mga ganung small claims cases. Kaya lang sobrang hassle talaga di ba. Gusto ka na ding pag aksayahan ng panahon ng matuto siya.

hindi pa din. kakarequest ko lang ng proof of receipt sa Ap cargo davao. Andito na daw sa manila as of last week papadeliver ko na lang. Tapos hopefully maisingit ko sa sched pagpafile sa court for small claims. Di na eto nagparamdam nawalang parang bula. Pero nung nagpadala naman ako ng demand letter via registered mail nareceive naman coz i already have the return card.

my advise is for to file the estafa case immediately, otherwise baka ma stel na yung bounced check and hindi mo na magamit as evidence against him.

as far as i know ang filing ng estafa case is may timeframe.
