sis pringles oo nga, ako late ko din nalaman na may mineral oil pala, eh oily pa naman skin ko tska oo nga, hindi nakakatanggal ng dirt, eh yung cetaphil nga ayoko kasi parang di din nkakalinis, I don't use my st ives anymore, sayang, yung malaki pa naman binili ko. now I'm just using clean&clear foaming facial wash, oil free and non comodogeninc, yun nga lang hindi makatagal ng ilang seconds sa face ko kasi humahapdi. Ewan ko ba bat naging ganito na eh dati feeling ko mild na mild yun, parang wala lang. siguro dahil 2 weeks ago nagpapeel ako so my face is more sensitive now?
I'm considering Physiogel or lactacyd blue..

nakalagay sa instructions dapat 3 to 4 time a week lang ang gamit ng scrub sa face, may question is how many times in a day pwede? hehe.. Kasi gusto ko sana gamitin every morning and at night before I sleep.. so twice a day and 3 times a week (MWF).. hehe..ok lang ba yun?

^naku sis hindi pwede araw arawin yan kasi it can irritate your skin. Let it regenerate muna
