been using apricot scrub in blemish and blackhead control. using it everyday pero nakalagay sa instructions 3x a week. Okay lang ba na daily?  I put naman moisturizer afterwards. :)

sis kyoote is right. too much scrubing will damage your skin, harsh pa naman masyado yung beads ng st. ives.

I will find a good facial wash then.
Thanks to the 2 of you. You lighten up my naiveness regarding the scrub thingy.

Feeling ko kasi pag ganito ka harsh it might be doing mo damage sa face ko than good...

My technique on the infamous Apricot Scrub:

If I have the energy to heat some water, I'll steam my face. Then I dot the product wherever I have clogged pores (e.g. nose, forehead, chin) and the remainder will be on the rest of the face (e.g. cheeks). I scrub my face using my hands: 20 seconds on the forehead, 5-10 seconds on my cheeks, 15 seconds on my nose and 15 on my chin. Then I leave it to dry. When its dry, I moisten my hands. Then I scrub each part of my face for about 5-10 seconds. Then I wash it with water. Then I roll an ice cube all over my face. Then toner, then moisturizer.

I do this atleast 2-3 times a week. :)

yupyup. dapat 3x a week lang siguro talaga kasi it's too harsh sa skin kapag everyday. well i'm guilty hehe. been using apricot scrub before.. as in everyday.. kasi i like the effect on my face.. rosy cheeks.. pero siguro kaya ganon nasobrahan sa scrub and then after ilang months napansin ko na nagdry skin ko so nagstop na ako.. ibang facial wash na ginagamit ko and with moisturizer.. ;)

i think we should scrub our face only when it's clear, not when there are pimples or pimples, otherwise it will just get worse
