hi biach_21, hmmmmmm. my counsellor recommended me dra. liza rondain of makati medical center. :-P. her meds are the greatest they really work.

but if you just want some issues settled, why not try counselling at cefam? psych kasi if its for depression na.

OT : ako din ata i need to see one. Im a bit depressed and having some anxieties. I lost both my parents  almost a year na and i havent moved on. May time na di ko maintindihan pakiramdamdam ko especially when i retire at night

Hello! Seeing a Psychiatrist is perhaps the BEST decision that I have made in my life. If all people would just admit that there is something wrong within and will try to do something about it, like consulting a medically trained professional, like a Psychiatrist, we will be living in a peaceful world as there will be no addicts (drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping or any form of addiction)...

Seeing a psychiatrist and following her every advise made me the person that I am today - - very confident, very positive, loving life to the fullest....

If you are looking for a Psychiatrist, I recommend Dr. Lourdes Ignacio of Cardinal Santos Medical Center (telephone number: 7270001). She's a professor emiritus at the UP College of Medicine....

It's totally worth the investment!

Having a talk therapy with a Psychiatrist really helps - - a great deal.

Aside from Dr. Lourdes Ignacio, I also suggest Dr. Leynes (Cardinal Santos) and Dr. Demeterio (Cardinal Santos & St. Lukes) all of them are from UP College of Medicine & PGH

Dr JERCYL DEMETERIO is the best... I have seen her work wonders on a BFF beset with so many issues.   However, she sure keeps weird hours at Cardinal... once, I dropped off my BFF at 9PM past... and she was just starting her clinic hours.  My BFF said there were times when she was last in line, and it would be 2AM already.

LIZA RONDAIN of Makati Med is a good one too.
We have referred quite a number of  women to her.

ITs not that siraulo ka na when you see a Psychiatrist. Some people think kasi that you are. Nakakainis lang. I used to have my sessions with a Dr. from St. Luke's kaso I forgot her name na.

Seeing a Psychiatrist is a good investment talaga.
